Don't order from this website!

Don't order from this website, its a complete scam. Placed an order for a dress in two different sizes end of Nov 25. A few weeks later only one dress arrived and the quality was awful. I requested a refund and "Chloe" said I had to wait until the other dress arrived, as "it would be easier to send them back together". A month later the other dress still hasn't arrived. I asked for a refund again, they said the same thing, they will only refund once the other had arrived (like they weren't holding the other dress hostage so I couldn't get a refund!). Another month later, I've emailed again about a refund and I've not had a response. The other dress still hasn't been sent out, despite it still being sold on their website.

Hoping reviewing stops others from being scammed and losing out on their money.

I am still waiting for 30% refund i agreed on because I wasn't getting anywhere i was dealing with chloe but she doesn't even bother to reply now, if I could give this company 0 star I would have done its shocking how they treat people

If I could give 0 I would! Coat arrived… 3 weeks late! Was shocking quality, definitely not worth £55 let alone the full price! Sleeve cuff came sewn together! I had no choice but to unpick stitching so my daughter could wear it as I was told I would have to pay to return and wouldn’t get refund until they received it. Don’t pay attention to website address… they are in china! They offered me a 15% discount… laughable considering the quality but I am still waiting for my partial refund 4 weeks later!!!!

If they had zero I would have voted that. This is a complete SCAM! Please don’t order from this website, or if you have already, contact your bank to report fraud. And don’t listen to “Chloe” who is “crying as she is writing this email” regarding the returns policy, the whole thing is a complete joke! The company should be shut down or reported to police

Do not order from here!

If I could give a 0 I would as the company is a joke. Wished I pre read reviews before ordering. Still waiting to recieve a bag I ordered in November. When I raised concerns about why I had nit received my order Chloe was very quick to reply and reasure me it was on its way. Multiple emails back and forth I was told it was stuck at a sorting office so would I like a refund. I replied with a yes to the refund but a month later I am still waiting and am now getting no response from chloe.
Very cross and £40 wasted.

Do not Purchase from this Company

Do not Purchase from this Company. They supply fake goods, of very poor quality and won't issue refund.
I first contacted then on 20th December and each time they reply to me they increase their offer of a part refund, started at 15%, then 20% and latest one was 30% and I can keep the items. Unfortunately the items received are awful, extremely poor quality, cheap material and look cheap and nasty.

COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS…

COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. 
Terrible quality, not as described, falsely advertised returns policy. After much to-ing and fro-ing on email (including them asking for a photo of me wearing their substandard item - seriously) I sent the items back to China at my expense (out of principle) and even with proof of return to them and proof of delivery, they are now completely ignoring my emails requesting a full refund. 
I am reporting them to the financial ombudsman and my bank. They are in contravention of UK Consumer law by not making clear where they are actually operating from and by advertising a false returns policy. 
I wish I had read these reviews first. 
This company needs to be shut down. 
Do not waste your hard earned money.

Never buy from this company

Never buy from this company, I purchased 3 items in mid of November, it took one month arrived 2 items, another one still in process. However, the quality of 2 items were very poor, I asked to return, the only contact can reach is by email, I tried to call, but no one can be reached, the address was register in the Netherlands, but asked me to return to China without return label yet. Don't buy anything from this company and I just want my money back.

I ordered a faux fur jacket and was sent a jacket that was not the same as in the picture. It was awful !!!
Contacted them for details to return for a refund after sending pictures of the item they sent. Have now been offered a 15% refund as a goodwill gesture and told to keep the awful item they sent.
Scammers !!!!!

Expectation(bad) Reality(Blew my mind off)

This was a bit of a scared feeling as when I saw the reviews after I bought this Brazilian tracksuit I thought I would be scammed also. However after waiting for 2 weeks, this tracksuit has finally arrived. And what can I say it is so comfortable and really fit me well. They could maybe change to cotton rather than polyester even though it said polyester blend, but overall very good. Just waiting to see if it stays the same after washing. They should fix the shipping however it is very good and very comfortable. I trust this website but always check reviews about the clothes you want not the reviews from other clothes. Thank you

NEVER buy from this company!

Please NEVER buy from this company!! They allowed me to buy an outfit, take my money then told me this outfit was no longer available so advised me to choose another colour. I asked for a full refund & despite a significant amount of emails, I am still waiting. I receive patronising emails which sound like AI saying how heartbroken they are that I am unhappy. They told me I will receive a full refund if my item does not arrive by a certain date & are now refusing to refund saying it is out of their hands. This has been going on for 6 weeks. This is nothing other than theft & fraud. This company should be shut down immediately.

1 star is too many

1 star is too many. This company hides behind an address in Netherlands but its actually in China, supplying substandard goods which have been misdescribed. The return address in the Refunds Policy section is the address in Netherlands which I checked before buying, but when it comes to it, they tell you the return address is China and it costs too much to send back, and offer you 20% refund. "Chloe" on customer service kept saying sorry for the confusion. That's not confusion, it's blatant lying. I actually thought I was buying from a company in Europe until realised from tracking that the item was arriving from China.
I will be contacting the Netherlands version of Comoanies House (KVK) and their Fraud Support set up. L&C need to be forced to own up to where they actually are and who they are (a bunch of fraudsters).

Everything they wrote in there response is a lie .. take it from me you can not trust this company..**
Never in my life have i experienced a worse company .. it’s taken me a week to get an address to send the item back to which came faulty .. the address is in china and will cost me about £20 to return the item however I will claim this back as I have reported this company to trading standards and the ombudsman and opened up a fraud transaction on my card … the clothing is from china and is cheap and nasty and nothing like the pictures DO NOT ORDER .. they offered me 20% which is less than £10 as a gesture of good will ! Absolutely disgusting everyone in the uk needs to report this company and get them shut down
