Like I said if I could give Zero I…

Like I said if I could give Zero I would. I sent this woollen Hoodie back to the address which was on the packaging and that cost me another £10.00.
I email the company several times and they said they would off 20% back to me. That would only be £8.00 back from the £50.00 I payed to buy the Hoodie and Return it.PLEASE READ REVIEWS FIRST.
I TELLING YOU ALL DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT ALL RUBBISH AND VERY VERY CHEAP STUFF FROM CHINA AND IF THEY SAY RETURN IT IT GO'S BACK TO CHINA.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

We can see that the parcel was sent to the UK sorting address printed on the packaging (a courier depot, not our warehouse), which is why we haven’t received it and couldn’t process the refund. This has caused unnecessary expense and stress for you, and we’re genuinely sorry for not making the correct return process clearer from the start.

To put this right immediately and without any further cost to you, we’ve just processed a full refund of £50.00 back to your original payment method today (plus an extra £10.00 goodwill to cover your postage). You’ll receive confirmation shortly, and the money should reach your account within 1–3 working days.

I would give this company 0 stars. They are a complete con, avoid at all costs. I sent for 4 men’s ’Ralf’ jumpers £37.99 each. When they came they were nothing as described. Made of polyester not wool and worth pennies. I checked return policy, which was to contact the company and they should send a label. I soon learned then that they were never going to issue a refund. They requested pictures of the items and label, then started liaison with a female around 15, 20 then 30% refund offer. Obviously declined as goods worth nothing. She eventually sent me a china address and I returned to them via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Firm then wanted £30 to get the goods out of their customs. In the end I went through my credit card company to obtain a refund. This company try to make out they are a British firm, with offices in the Netherlands but are in china. What they do is clearly illegal. Please avoid at all times.

I got sucked in by the name of this company. I wish i had read the reviews on here before ordering! Its not worth £5 let alone £37.99! Complete waste of money! It is thin nylon type material i would be embarrassed to give this to someone. It went straight in the bin

Don’t order from this company

Don’t order from this company. It is a SCAM.
Received a cheap nylon fleece instead of the Ralph quarter zip sweater I ordered.
They reply promptly to complaints but offer a discount or you have to ship back to China at your expense.
Thankfully my bank has refunded me.

Not as advertised

I purchased a sweater which was described as Cashmere. When I received this, the label stated 100% Polyester. I have emailed Lux and Classy to arrange a return.

🥺 Avoid!!

Purchased a Ralph Polo Neck Zip up jumper 3/12/25 from google search Please see pics of what actually arrived, from china a cheap load of Rubbish! Not even worth £3.99 let alone £37.99 + my £5.49 to send back What a Disappointment! ☹️ Will Not be purchasing from this RIP-OFF company again!!, I’ve sent pics & item back to Return address in the uk (Cannock Staffordshire) for a full refund very doubtful I’ll succeed (if so like all the others-Return back to China & lose even more money 🧐😡), or forced to except their 15-30% Refund “that’s if you’re lucky” what a disappointment & a load of rubbish!! ☹️,(This girl in a bedroom company needs to be stopped now!) We can see from your emails that we had advised the correct return warehouse address (in Asia, as your order was shipped from there), but unfortunately the parcel was sent to the UK sorting depot address in Cannock instead. That location is only a courier hub and cannot accept returns – parcels sent there are automatically forwarded or disposed of, and we never receive them.

Because we weren’t informed before the return was made and the wrong address was used (even after we provided the correct one), we’re unable to process the refund at this stage.

If the item has been returned to you by the courier, please send it to our actual warehouse and we will process your full refund the moment it arrives – every penny, no deductions.

We’re really sorry for the confusion and extra hassle this has caused. Please reply here or to info@luxandclassy.com with your order number if you need the correct return details resent.

Having received my order today

Having received my order today, of Ralph Polo zip up jumper for my sons Xmas present, quite clearly it is definitely not from their brand and is a very poor cheap quality replica which I am totally disappointed with. I feel I have been totally ripped off and their refund policy is unfair and appalling that I have to send the product back at a cost to myself to a different country before they decide on whether they will refund my account. I await their response asap. I just wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company!

Terrible… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS…

Terrible… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I did not receive the items I ordered - instead they sent me some sub standard items - not even similar to the ones I had ordered - they claimed they had run out of the ordered items.
When I said I wanted to return the unwanted items, they simply ignored my request…
After multiple attempts - I have had to abandon all hope of receiving my money back.
I am shocked that these people are allowed to trade - it is a RIP OFF.

Supposedly a Dutch company. Orders come straight from China. Jumper was supposed to be 100% cashmere was in fact 100% polyester!

What a SCAM!!

What a SCAM!!!
The shoes were advertised as orthopaedic, which they clearly were not! They were cheap from China.
Trying to return for a full refund, they will only give a full refund if sent back to China at customer’s expense. Alternatively offered first 12% money back and keeps shoes, eventually after several emails increased to 30%.
This is a money making scam with poor quality goods. No where on their website did it say item was from
China!

Order from this company at your own risk.

I ordered a beautiful tailored fitted coat and a Polo zip top.
The coat that arrived was not representative of what was ordered, oversized with not a hint of tailoring involved in its construction, cheaper than cheap quality material. What a disappointment!
The zip top has a massive pucker at the base of the zip and is made from a fabric so synthetic that it would make me sweat.
Surprise, no returns on sale items £102 out of pocket!
