The whole website promotes itself as a London-based company but parcels ship from Hong Kong with an unknown shipping company. The emails after ordering also suggest it is not uk based at all.

The parcel tracking is awful, it doesn’t let you manage any parcel preferences or get in contact with the shipping company (nor what it was called??), so after 2 ‘failed’ delivery attempts - not sure any attempts were made! - My parcel was left in limbo and threatened to be sent back to the sender.

I contacted the company via email at least 4 times over 2 weeks and never got any responses despite them claiming they will get back to you within 48hrs on their website.

Claimed money back via bank, don’t bother, waste of time and money! Also they signed me up to email newsletters without asking after ordering 👎

Do not buy from this company. My order turned up but the glue for the lash lift was solid. I have messaged 3 times with no reply, no refund, no replacement. What a waste of £30.

Bought the lash lift kit. The pads didn’t stick to my eyelids and the glue wasn’t sticky. Waste of money

The lash kit didn’t work on my lashes the glue that came in the kit was not sticky at all !!
Very disappointing as was really looking forward to using the kit !
And when I contacted the company to try get a refund I had no response even tho it says 30 days money back guarantee!

Orders gift 15 December, still nothing. Chased for resend of product and now (early jan) just asked for a refund and keep getting told they’re looking into this.

What a mess! I write a review a few days ago after an order “disappeared” and was never delivered. I get a response to my review here asking for more details (which I provided). All of the sudden, the parcel that shipped on the 29th of November is out for delivery 28 days later. Now here’s the kicker, marked as delivered at 9pm last night. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED! What a joke! I have cameras outside of my house, I can see if someone comes and drops something whether they ring the doorbell or not. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. The only reason they are doing this is because I disputed the payment so if they mark it as delivered they can contest it I’m sure. Fraud of the highest order.

Brought the lash lift kit and the glue did not stick! Emailed for a refund, had a reply quite quickly who then said they will pass it onto the relevant team and heard nothing since! It has been 2 weeks! Had emailed numerous times, they are just avoiding! Also their live chat is non existent. You message and it says its a long wait time and over an hour you’re still waiting!! DO NOT USE

I have emailed you numerous times now regarding my order and no one seems to respond! I did not receive my order even though I was home all day. The tracking shows as delivered but I have not received the item. There is not even a photo on tracking. This is beyond a joke. Shocking company

Absolutely fried my lovely long lashes and the tiny burnt my eyelids. Im so angry. Right before xmas party season as well!! AVOID!!!

Items have taken two weeks plus to arrive, they say Luxe Uk yet want returns to USA, and for you to ‘shoulder’ the cost knowing it will more than the goods themselves.
I spent days asking about tracking information ie, the courier they used for which they do not give a straight answer.
No choice but to keep goods that I no longer want.
Spent days asking for help which you do not get!

This company looks like a scam, the reviews look AI generated and the shipping tracking is actually hilarious. But you know what, fantastic product! Eyelash lift and tint. I only ordered it because a friend had hers arrive and work otherwise I would not have trusted the fb adds and weird constant sales on the website. I can’t believe that it actually arrived (U.K.) and really works great. Really in depth instructions, easy to do if you’re a bit of a DIY girly already. I make sure to slightly under process just to be sure my lashes would be healthy and strong, and watched a bunch of videos whilst I waited for shipping (8 days) so I felt confident when it arrived. Each stage has a packet of serum (perm, fixing and nourishing) which has enough for two applications in, so it would be efficient to do it with someone else who also wants their lashes done. 4 stars only because the image of trustworthy ness of the company is 1 star but the product is 5. I’m doing my mums next !

I ordered the lash lift and tint sets and shipping was quick. Both were easy to use following the steps and the results were good. I did use the more curly pads, which I regret as my eyelashes do not seem as long as they should but I will rectify this on my next try. It has lasted for 2 weeks so far and the only downside is that my lashes feel a bit more crispy than I was expecting but now that I know this is the case it will not be a surprise next time.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! Order the lash lift with a 30 day money back guarantee WHAT A JOKE! Had a reaction to the pad and glue so didn’t even open the lash lift. Contacted them for a refund to be asked for before and after pictures which I didn’t have as no where was I told I would need these. Company do not reply to emails for a return request completely miss sold the try risk free scenario.

Complete sham..I ordered hair serum..it came damaged with the box opened and product lid undone spilling hslf the contents over the packaging.. what was left of the serum did not look like the advertised product.. it was cloudy and strange looking. I contacted customer service over 6 times firstly receiving some ridiculous message back about global delivery delay ..then absolutely nothing at all. No response what so ever. This company is a joke.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! Ordered on 23/12/23 and still waiting!!! I have chased the Customer Service on several occasions and now are ignoring me!!!! I had requested for a manager to contact me and now being ignored.

Chinese based company!!!! DO NOT ORDER. Website claims to be UK, it isn’t. The products are being shipped from mainland China! I wish I could upload photos but it deffo isn’t a UK based company. Theft and fraud for sure.

Ordered from the UK site, states they’re UK based with a UK address. Website states delivery within 2 working days, however I have been waiting over 2 weeks and still no sign of my order. I have emailed them, they responded to say there is a delay and they’re having trouble tracking their parcels and to check again in a few days. I have checked again and there is no update but the package does not come from the UK either. I have emailed and contacted them via Facebook, I would like the order cancelled and my money back. I’ve had no response to either. This is essentially theft if you take someone’s money and don’t provide them with the items.

Ordered 30th nov with express delivery. 6th dec i received an email saying it had been shipped. 11th dec i emailed saying that tracking had not changed for 5 days and that i had paid for the express delivery so it should be with me by now and received a generic email with links to frequently answered questions. Not one of them has the answer that i was looking for so that was pointless. After reading the reviews i now regret my order and question if the cosmetics will even be high quality or if they will be poor cheap chemicals
