Ordered 30th nov with express delivery. 6th dec i received an email saying it had been shipped. 11th dec i emailed saying that tracking had not changed for 5 days and that i had paid for the express delivery so it should be with me by now and received a generic email with links to frequently answered questions. Not one of them has the answer that i was looking for so that was pointless. After reading the reviews i now regret my order and question if the cosmetics will even be high quality or if they will be poor cheap chemicals

I have paid my money, 4 weeks have gone by, and no items, they said they have sent it twice (still showing in mainland China), NEVER BEEN SENT, now refusing to refund my money, so in my mind this is fraud and theft

Terrible company that misrepresent their trustpilot rating, it has uk in the title but that’s also misleading. Goods come from Hong Kong via Germany. If you return for a refund the minimum postage you’ll pay to Germany is £9.45, avoid like the plague. Uk director is Karon Holmes.

I brought this after looking at reviews on Facebook tried so many times the pads don’t stick trying to get a refund as it dosent work

Bought their lash lift kit after reading so many “good reviews” on Facebook and Instagram. It arrives beautifully packaged but unfortunately it is impossible to get the pads to stick, so impossible to actually lift lashes at all. I spent hours trying every which way to make it work. Then when looking for some advice from other customers I discovered the “real reviews”. Customer after customer saying how useless the kit was. I discovered that Luxe delete any bad reviews and when you look at the profiles of the people who leave good reviews you realise they are fake accounts.
My advice is steer well clear!

I ordered the lash lift pack and patiently waited, paid around 60€ so it’s not cheap. I got an email saying it had been delivered, so I emailed them to tell them I haven’t received any such package from them yet and could they confirm the address that they shipped it to. An automated reply stated to give the company 48 hrs to reply. They never replied, I messaged on Facebook and still no reply. Emailed again, nothing! Commented on their Facebook post and Instagram post to get their attention and still they have just ignored me. I would even accept if the package got lost in the post but to ignore a paying customer is absolutely ridiculous!

Eyelids pads do not stick. Waste of time. I’m pretty knacky at these things and nothing would make them stick. I left a comment on their Instagram saying as much and saying I was disappointed and they simply deleted it within minutes instead of offering any help or advice. Terrible product. DO NOT BUY.
