This hair truly is the world's finest

This hair truly is the world's finest. The packaging is gorgeous and the hair is completely re usable. Even after multiple washes it still feels incredibly soft.

Took a week and several attempts to…

Took a week and several attempts to contact to get delivery date info then my order says delivered at the click point and it’s still not appeard and after trying to contact several times I still have no resolution.

Avoid avoid avoid

My partner bought from this company and then cancelled before the hair was dispatched. The went ahead and dispatched 5 days later anyway. We returned the product around the 20th of December. We then received numerous emails form the manager bribing her, stating if she took her bad review down they would process the refund.

We have now raised a visa dispute.

Ordered over £1000 in products and hair due to my hair falling out from the stress of loosing my dad. They sent me the wrong hair so I sent it back and told them I just wanted a refund. They still insisted they send me the correct hair and then will sort out the refund. However they then ignored my requests to refund the unopened unused hair and waiting until it was past their 2 week refund period. Would give 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to use them.

YOU CANT RETURN A PRODUCT WITH NO RETURN LABEL. HAD YOU REPLIED TO MY MULTIPLE EMAILS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WELL WITHIN THE 2 WEEK POLICY.

I am very sorry that you had not been 100% happy with your order.

I can see that the team have been in regular contact with you with regards to your return which unfortunately did not reach our returns policy guidelines.

The team do work very hard to keep on top of all emails and correspondence on each platform each day.

We do ask for up to 48 hours to cover busier periods however most emails are replied to with in the day.

We do have a strict returns policy that states all returns must arrive back with in 14 days before an exchange can be sent.

Each item must arrive back with in the original packaging with the hygiene tags and stickers in tact.

The marketing team do work hard to ensure all of this information is readily available through out the website for customers to read before making the decision to purchase the hair.

This information can be found on the product pages , company & return policies and again on each leaflet, hygiene sticker & label once the hair arrives with the customer.

I do regret that you had missed this information.

This is a strict returns policy which all hair extensions brands must follow therefore I do apologise for any inconvenience this may of caused.

When applied professionally our tape weft hair extensions should stay in place for up to 10 weeks before needing to be re applied. We do supply free of charge training tutorials on this new application method which we will be happy to provide you with.

Left disappointed and items I didn’t order

Normally I don’t take time to write reviews however on this occasion I feel like I need people to know what they’re getting into before ordering from this website

I ordered tape weft and invisible tapes as a treat to myself for Christmas. I have been wearing hair extensions for around 12 years.

My orders came and it was complete different colour from what I had ordered, I raised an issue with them and they was really quick and good at getting this sorted…so I thought, they told me they would send out a replacement straight away and find a shade more suitable after I sent them over some photos of my hair

I received the replacement. To my disgust, they had stuck a track of tape onto NORMAL weft hair extensions and tried to fool me into thinking this was a tape weft. The tape had half peeled off due to it having nothing to stick to and the plain fact that this WAS NOT a tape weft!!! I couldn’t believe they had tried to pass this off to me.

Again I raised a complaint, again they was of course good at sorting a return and replacement. At this point I thought I’d check reviews and my heart dropped when I saw other people going through the exact problems with them :( I had no hope.

I then let them know that I had seen all the bad reviews and that if they didn’t have my items could they please just send out normal slimline tapes so I wasn’t left with nothing. They stated this is something they could do and sent them out to me.

They don’t even sell slimline tapes on their website bur by the looks of things due to their exchange only policy they make ou buy all these things that seem more upmarket and better to in the end that’s all you’re going to end up with anyway.

They also offered me hair care products as a sorry for all the inconvenience which I did not receive…shock!

Order if you’re prepared for this to come. I’ve been left dissatisfied and upset to be honest. Just feel lucky I got something as seemed like I wasn’t going to get anything.

Only upside was I got great communication.

I placed an order for my client on 21st of November for 50g’s of invisible tapes. I ordered invisible tapes due to the fact my client has very thin hair and we felt it was the best option to go with to add some volume. I never received invisible tapes at all instead they sent me normal tape in extensions and then proceeded to tell me that they were sent due to low stock. If that was the case why not contact the customer directly instead of taking it upon yourself to send a product which was never ordered in the first place ! After I emailed back saying I wasn’t happy as we needed the invisible tapes it then took them over a week to get back in contact, baring in mind this was after I sent numerous emails and messages via instagram ! EVENTUALLY someone got back to me after almost 2 weeks and said my emails were in their junk folder LOL. By this point my client was demanding a refund for the hair as her original fitting appointment was weeks ago and now she wasn’t happy to wait any further. LUXE sent me the returns label after I demanded a refund and then decided to tell me that it would need to be escalated to management for a refund, so I was happy to wait another couple of days to hear back. I infant didn’t hear back again until I emailed AGAIN to then receive a reply that they where in fact not going to refund me but wanted to send a replacement. Sorry but that’s not good enough! I’ve used this hair company for years and can honestly say I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again and I will be sharing my experience all over my social platforms !! The bank have been contacted and are now sorting it for me. Shocking customer service from a shocking company who have obviously went downhill ! And before they comment about wait times being a little longer due to seasonal sales etc. don’t hit me with your bull because I have evidence in email saying that my emails where in the junk folder. Since that’s what you seem to be replying to all the other negative reviews !!

UPDATE: After being contacted and advised that I would receive a full refund if I removed this review, I have now been contacted by my bank to say that they are disputing the refund! I have now forwarded screenshots of all the conversations I had with this company when they were happy to issue a refund and asked me to remove the review lol! Absolute scam artists. They failed to mention to the bank that they sent me the wrong item to start with and then ignored my correspondence for weeks.

Bought Monday 9th Dec 12pm with next day delivery which then didn’t arrive the following day. I Checked on order to see why it hadn’t arrived to find on the delivery page that the next day delivery is when it is dispatched not when ordered (no mention of this in the process of making the purchase nor guide as to how long it will take them to dispatch) I then emailed the company tuesday 10th to ask to cancel the order as I needed it for that day as I believed it was next day delivery seems I had paid for that. They then emailed me Wednesday to say they can’t cancel as it’s already been dispatched. I then emailed back to ask for the address to return it to as it was no longer needed & they emailed back to say they only offer exchanges. I then emailed back to ask for the tracking number to which I didn’t receive a reply because surprisingly it didn’t turn up today Thursday 11th & I highly doubt it will turn up tomorrow either. However this is a benefit to me as I will now be going through the process with my bank as they had defaulted on their own terms by making false claims.

We do work very hard to ship all orders out to customers on the same day. However production do ask for 1-3 days processing time to cover any busy seasonal sale periods. You can find this information on the product pages , company policy and shipping page.

After investigating further I can see your order was placed on the 9th. Production picked & packed right away and shipment was made on the 10th

I do apologise for any delivery delays you have experienced, many shipping couriers are experiencing delays at the moment due to the increased orders with the Black Friday, cyber Monday and seasonal sales. I would expect your order to be with you by the morning if it has not yet arrived today.

I sent them 2 messages about my hair which they never got back to UNTIL I wrote a review
I got sent the wrong shade & normal tapes instead of invisible ones - I was desperate for my hair due to having a wedding, so I was going to just dye the hair
My hair dresser put the hair in & i was shocked at the length, the ends were also super ratty
We measured the hair (I always get 24 inches which is down to my bum) these didn’t even come to my belly button, when we measured it wasn’t even 21 inches
I kept them in for 2 days & had to get them out as the quality was horrendous, I’ve gone back to additional lengths - the hair is the best ever, long & thick all the way to the bottom

Luxe by she offered my discount off new hair LOLLLL! no refund or exchange, i complained again as they are completely at fault & they offered me £50

Avoid at all costs, heart broken doesn’t cut it!

I am not able to reply to the comment from them - avoid because if they do mistakenly send you the WRONG hair ( like they did with me & still charged me full price for invisible tapes & 24 inch hair which I got neither of those) & your hair dresser removes from the packaging.. that’s on you & you cannot get anything back

Completely ripped off & looks like I’m not the only one after speaking to a few people who has messaged me via social media

Please rest assured that we do value your custom and we are very keen to help here however unfortunately it is against our company policy for hygiene reasons to refund a product that has been worn, removed out of the original packaging with the hygiene stickers and tags removed unless faulty.

We do work very hard to ensure that this information is readily available across our website as well as been clearly printed on each hair extensions bundle , packaging and aftercare leaflets.

I am very sorry that you had missed this information, we do ask all customers to check that they are happy with the hair extensions application method length and shade before removing the hair from the packaging and before having the hair extensions applied for these reasons.

Disappointing

When I placed my order, the process was easy and the hair arrived quickly which was lovely. However, the shade was too light so I requested to exchange. It takes 3/4 days for email responses so it does drag out the process which is quite frustrating and you do have to pay £9 for an exchange.
Once they had received the hair back they asked me what I'd like, along with offering a colour match if I sent a picture of my hair. I sent photos of my hair next to the first hair I ordered and then a photo of the shade I thought would be a good match. I asked for their opinion but didn't hear back. I got back in touch after 3 or 4 days for them to tell me they'd posted the exchange. I was quite confused as they'd offered a colour match and I'd asked a question but not heard back but I was hopeful as I'd sent photo's.

The hair came yesterday with different packaging, no length or colour name on the packaging and what I would describe as brown! My hair is higlighted blonde and this hair looked nothing like the shade I'd suggested could be a good match.
I'm so confused with how anyone would think this was a suitable match and pretty upset that they made the decision without even responding to me. It feels like no one has taken care to try to give me what I'd need which I'm really disappointed about considering what I've spent.
I'd honestly just like my money back as it's been a stressful 2 weeks and I don't want to do all of this again.

Update* having checked tiktok i realised the brand didn’t come across as well as they did on insta. I wish I’d realised the lack of comments was probably a red flag.
I’d seen girls comment on how thin the hair was, so I weighed the hair. The packs are supposed to be 50g but both weighed nearly 10g under even with the packaging! Thank God i purchased through Klarna who provide buyers protection and were so helpful in arranging a refund as they stopped responding to me after I mentioned mis-selling products.

Replying to Response* my hair has been bleached with blonde highlights and is no way brown. It’s concerning to hear that you support such an inaccurate colour match. No one ‘worked hard’ to colour match, my question regarding colour matching was not even responded to. Also, my last correspondence with you was 11/12/2025 and I did not receive a response again until Klarna contacted me 03/01/2025. Your response affirms my disappointment in the company standards.

I have checked the images you provided and your natural hair seems to be a mid / light brown

The team did work hard to colour match you the best they could based on these images however we do always recommend for customers to either order in some samples or a colour wheel which are available to be purchased online , this then in return ensures an exact match

Do NOT buy from this company

Paid £414 for 30inch clip ins. They arrived in a cheap plastic zip lock bag with hand written labels. The hair extensions are so thin, wispy and see through. I should have listened to the other bad reviews but instead I believed their social media. Big mistake. Nothing luxe about this company. They are selling cheap SHEIN hair. This is your sign not to buy from this company the are shambles. You will regret it like I do.

Our luxe by she recyclable packaging is something that we are very proud of as each item is environmentally friendly and we do usually receive feedback however I do apologise that you had felt disappointed by this.

After investigating further I can see your order was for 1 pack of 30” clip in hair extensions.

We do always recommend multiple packs when going for a length from our mermaid hair range . This information can be found with in our hair extensions volume recommended guidelines.

We do pride ourselves on been one of very few hair extensions suppliers to supply hair as long as 30” however multiple packs would always be advised as the longer you go the thicker the hair needs to be to create a voluminous finish. Our hair is of the finest European double drawn hair quality and with the correct professional application and when the recommended guidelines have been followed they can last for years to come.

I ordered 200g of nanos 150g black #1…

I ordered 200g of nanos 150g black #1 and 50g silver when my hair arrived 4 days later ( paid £7.95) for next day delivery mind the hair was brown not black and completely wrong method , to send the hair back I had to pay £9, they don’t respond to emails unless you bombard them , so unprofessional, so untrustworthy, I was told 3 different story’s by one telling me the new hair been sent out, another saying a refund been processed and the other saying they are trying to resolve the issue . I have used these for 2 years never had a problem. Shocking id avoid them big time!

I have recently had my first set of luxe by she extensions and as a long term wearer who has tried many brands I’m so impressed with the quality and the colours are so nice.
