Absolutely awful !!! The hair comes from china ! They are selling synthetic hair and advertising it as Russian ! I am a hair extensionist and have never seen such bad hair or customer service. I’m suprised they’ve lasted this long and are able to still con people in this way ! I finally managed to stop the klarna payments. This

I bought a colour ring as I wanted to buy my client's extension. As I didn't receive it, I emailed them few times and finally got it in 10 days. My client couldn't wait and she cancelled it. I sent it back and supposed to have refund but no response.

Extremely bad quality hair it’s matted and tangled within weeks of wearing it, they say there’s 50grams in a bundle but when weighed only 39. i complained about the quality of hair and they tried to blame me for the state of the hair but told me if i took down my bad review and sent the hair back they would replace it, which they did with the same bad quality hair sent out from china which you then later receive a bill for shipping. if you leave a bad review they’ll just write good ones to cover up the fact there sending out bad quality hair from china!

poor quality hair. you cannot look at the hair without it becoming void to return. there’s. lovely sticker attached to it saying something creepy like “once you undo i’m with you forever”
they won’t refund, they ignore messages, my hair is currently lost and i’m being told it was signed for when it was not.
klarna warn you that it’s a high risk purchase.
the tape wedts r horrific.. they fall straight out and you CANNOT have a refund.
hair is shorter in length and weighs less than advertised. really disappointed as they used to be called stephanie and the hair was beautiful.
had a whole round terrible experience and they have an excuse and blame you for everything

This is the worse quality hair extensions I’ve ever had & I’ve been wearing hair extensions for over 10 years & know how to look after them well, I ordered a light blonde & brown & even bought the recommended branded hair products to use. After 3 washes the hair felt dry & knotty at the nape of the neck. Kept tangling up throughout the day & now full of split ends, the brown faded to a brassy ginger colour. I’m getting them removed after having them in for 3 months they are so bad. I emailed the company & was offered a substantial discount on more hair but I wouldn’t spend another £1 on this poor quality hair. Very disappointed.

I had to leave a review after my wonderful experience with this brand. It’s hard to find a brand that are so helpful these days but the luxe team really are so passionate in what they doI feel they helped me every step of the way from the initial colour match right up to help with my shipmentI even had a courtesy message to ask how I was finding my new hair and to see if there was anything I needed help with. I would defo recommend this brandCustomer service at its best and that’s not to mention my gorgeous new hair extensions.

They ship the cheap nasty hair straight from china… you’ll have a customs fee to pay within a few weeks of receiving, which they refuse to refund. 50g of hair per bundle apparently but I’ve weighed all three bundles 2x 37g 1x 39g. Hair is also very thin and straggly on the ends, measures at least 2 inches shorter than you order. Just trust the negative reviews and check unsponsored reviews on TikTok…everyone saying the same about missing hair and length and poor quality so it’s not a one off unfortunately. Used to be a great company but will never ever use again and I’ll tell anyone I know not to either.

The worst thinnest hair extensions I’ve ever had. Stephanie doesn’t fit the hair extensions, but none of that was mentioned during booking. My white blonde hair had thick coarse black hairs in it And there was loads of crosshairs the fitting was really sloppy and quick. When I went to have the extensions removed, they missed half of the beads and I had already got the Uber To leave when I realise they have missed them. Because they were in such a rush, the young girls that work there. This brand used to be called Stephanie’s hair extensions and the reviews were really bad I should have listened. I've had a trade account with Luxe by She for three years and have never had to go through the complaints process for faulty hair.
However, I recently needed to contact customer care as one of my clients was unhappy with the shade. The process was incredibly smooth, and the customer care team was quick to respond.
Katie made the return process effortless, and I was truly impressed with her support. She was friendly, understanding of my client's concerns, and compassionate towards me as a hair extension artist.
Both my client and I are extremely happy with the service!

I’m absolutely furious with this company! I have a hair extensions business. I bought the hair to fit for my client. I wish I could attach photos.
I ordered this hair for my client on 5/12/2024 and fitted it for her on 12th December. She then came to me in January for maintenance and the hair was so thin and shedding every time you touch the hair. It feels like straw!
I’m sorry but I am extremely unhappy. Not only did they send me the incorrect hair as I ordered flat weft and they sent me genius weft, but the hair quality I have found awful. We ordered 24” and were already having the trim it due to the hair being so thin and wispy on the ends. My client had hair previously which lasted a year. However this hair already needs replacing the thickness has completely gone in the hair. She uses all the right products and looks after her hair very well. She has been coming to me for 4+ years and it’s upsetting to have my client so unhappy after spending nearly £400 on her hair in December.
After contacting the company they wanted my client to travel 1.5hrs to me to remove the hair extensions and for her to go without hair to send back to them to ‘investigate’ even though they asked me to send videos of what the hair was doing so I don’t this! My client can not be without hair extensions for personally reasons. It’s her confidence etc..
I explained this to them and have had no further response.
Yet my other suppliers had a similar issue I send them an email and they immediately sent me replacement hair (full head)
Luxe by she customer services awful and you have to continuously send message after message to even get a response.
I am absolutely disgusted and potentially lost a long loyal client due to this company!
Please DO NOT PURCHASE..
I will be taking this further to get my clients money back!!

Terrible customer service! Tried to contact via message, social media and email several times! Their shades and extensions are advertised entirely different to how they come! The extensions are shown as an invisible weft and when they came they were the opposite of invisible and just a long tape! The shade was suppose to be a silver platinum mix and was yellow! Can’t even get in touch with anyone to speak about this!

I ordered the nano tip hair for extra volume, and I couldn't be happier! The extensions blend seamlessly with my natural hair, and I've received so many compliments.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again in the future-through, with how long the hair lasts, it might be a while before I need to!

I would give no star if there was option!
Received hair very poor quality they state it is a real human hair but it is not! Colour didn’t match. If you wanna check the colour you must do it in box which is impossible to do. They command you to check the quality in the box as there are stickers once you open the box you must keep it! It is not possible to see the colour and check the quality in the box!
It is a scam business where they force you to keep the product once opened the box! Even if you don’t open the strands which are sealed they still claim you won’t get refund or exchange !I have returned the hair to them in to their PO Box. They saying they won’t refund me. It’s a big scam not a customer service!

The worst company I have EVER had to deal with. Their customer services is absolutely diabolical. Staff members are not willing to help.
Spent £470 on hair extensions for them to arrive many shades darker, they then made it difficult to return the hair for a refund and claimed it was exchange only although their website states otherwise. Then had to pay tracked postage to send the hair back which they “hadn’t recieved” yet I was tracking it my end and could see it had been SIGNED for.
Agreed on an exchange and upon delivery I then have been told I had to pay a customs and tax fee to FedEx for the exchange of hair.
You’ll probably get told to contact Oliver who is my “account manager” which I didn’t even know I had since a trade account is literally just a discount code.
Not to mention they would not respond to any of my emails but would reply to my client who actually paid for the hair.
Will never use this company again.

I ordered 2x packs of tapes and 1x pack of I Tip in the shade 'Light Silver' the hair took nearly 2 weeks to come as it was dispatched from Turkey!!!! There was nowhere near enough hair, AND IT IS DEFINITELY NOT ANYTHING LIKE A SILVER COLOUR - however I ordered another pack of I tips and the hair came quickly, however the packaging was cheap and broken and not like the packaging on the others I ordered. There was a white sticky note hanging off the packet with 'Light Silver' wrote on in Biro - The hair was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SHADE to the other light silver hair I ordered, not even remotely the same. I have sent a message to Lux By She and have heard nothing back from them at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have been wearing hair extensions for over 10 years, this hair costs me over £600 in total and Its not the colour advertised - Clearly comes from Turkey or as another comment mentioned theirs came from China. The packaging is cheap and damaged and clearly they do not respond to customers who are not happy, nor seems like they have any idea or control over what hair is being dispatched. I pay less when I order from Beauty Works, the hair is UK based, Packaging is professional and they are extremely responsive and helpful if anything goes wrong. I feel completely let down and now have a packet with hair I cannot even use or blend together as the shades are SO different, even though I ordered all of the same colour!!!

First of all Im private buyer not trade. On the website there’s no information hair are sent from china so in my opinion it’s unlikely its European hair and that the owner of the brand have any control over the hair and quality that’s been sent to customers, yet return and refund policy is not customer friendly, don’t know about quality of the hair yet, hair looks good and healthy, but if I wanted buy china hair id pay half of the price elsewhere, website suggests domestic shipping but have in mind that on top of the price and shipping you’ll have to pay customs fees depends on the original order price. I’ve made two separate orders with different payment methods, paid shipping twice but received orders together in one parcel , no refund for 2nd shipment was provided which is a shame and suggest drop shipping. I have to pay extra 10£ on top of this orders for customs that I was not aware of. I hope the hair quality is good enough to make up for this. Order #3745 & #3746
