Avoid at all costs - do NOT waste your money.
I placed an order last December, I ordered from a few different places as we all know how hard blonde shades can be to match, in the end I didn’t want these extensions as they weren’t the correct colour match at the time, I’ll admit I didn’t read the returns policy and didn’t realise they didn’t accept returns. I thought not to worry I’ll keep them as I was gradually lightening my hair so I knew they’d eventually match. However, when I opened them I noticed how unbelievably thin they felt, I thought surely this can’t be right so I weighed them and 45g of hair was missing, I emailed them regarding this and they asked me to send photos of them in the scales and they would send me out the remaining hair, surprise surprise I didn’t hear back from them. I emailed them again a couple of months ago as my hair now matches the hair extensions and I wanted to wear them and wanted to see why they couldn’t/didn’t get back to me when they said they would. This went back and fourth for a few days and eventually the person I was speaking to agreed that on this occasion they would send me out the remaining hair and that I would receive the order within the week. A week went by and surprise surprise no delivery from them, I chased this up multiple times and was lead to believe by them by their replies this was being dealt with and I would be receiving the MISSING 45g of hair. I chased this up again last night (my 3rd chase up email) for them to reply to me this morning saying I wouldn’t be receiving the remaining hair due to it being out the time frame. It wouldn’t have been out of the time frame had they have replied to my email on 19th December. The worst part is they lead me to believe they would be sending the hair out when this was obviously never their intention for me as they turned around and said they’re now not doing this. I’m reporting them to trading standards for selling me a faulty/un-usable product, false advertisement, never replying or actioning my request and then for lying to me.
I have wasted £315 on this company and left with nothing as I am unable to wear the hair as it is not enough hair to blend with my own hair.
Please please please do not waste your time or money on this company, there’s much more genuine and reliable brands out there who genuinely care about their customers.
*they have now offered me £50 to remove my review!

Unbelievable customer service, cannot recommend this company enough!! Cannot complain with the customer service they have fast response times, Quick delivery & a lovely helpful team. The websites so easy to use and it was soo easy to find my shade as there is soo many beautiful shades to choose from. It was recommended by a few friends and I can tell why!

Unfortunately I’ve never had to do this with extensions.ive had hair extensions from various different brands of viola,zen hair, remi cachet, euphoria one, clip hair and now luxe by she. I ordered because it’s so hard to find a company that does 30” of extensions. My first problem came when I ordered the wrong menthod of I tips instead of nanos which was completely my own fault. The extensions claim to be double drawn which was the first thing I noticed however they definitely arnt as shown in there promotion there a lot finer through to the ends. I can understand this due to the length however it should’ve been made aware before spending a thousand on the extensions. My other problem is the extensions claim to last 1-3 years as you would expect a minimum of 9 months with a £1000 spent.the hair quality is quite dry, split and Abit scraggy towards the ends, my extensions are more 24” than 30 by my 1 month of having them. I want the specify I do take very very well care of my extensions as you know you don’t put £2 shampoo and conditioner on £1000 , consistently wear braids to sleep and a bonnet, extensions brushes, heat protection everything. I’ve never had extensions with this sort of quality so I’m quite upset by it however I’m unable to do anything as “once you open were together forever” I just wouldn’t recommend this company for your extensions n I hope I can get at least another 2 months wear with cutting a few inches😂

Edit 17/09 - my extensions arrived today after the 10 day wait...
They are WRONG I ordered a weft and received NANOS. I'm SO annoyed as I still have a client waiting and needs this hair fitted by Friday. Waiting 10 days for an order that has arrived the wrong colour and the wrong type is not acceptable!!!

I have got back in touch with Luxebyshe and they have been extremely helpful this time round! I am being compensated for the wait times. Although I still have to wait 10 days they have refunded me some money and been really understanding!
I've never had a problem with waiting this long for a delivery before so hopefully it is a one of as the quality of there hair is great and I have been using them for years

The website states 1-4 days delivery and it is now expected to be here on the 17th September (10 days after I ordered) Have been using this brand for years and have never had a problem but waiting 10 days for hair is ridiculous when you pay £10 for "express delivery" 1-4 days.
I have a client waiting for her hair to be installed!! considering she has paid a lot of money and now will be waiting nearly 2 weeks to have it fitted! . Im not happy with the customer service I have received on trying to find out information regarding this delivery.

if i could give 0 stars i would . i have been back and forth since may about a parcel which luxe have 'sent'. i ordered this to click and collect using EVRI luxe changed the courier to FEDex which my local post office doesnt accept and the parcel has disappeared - i am £500 down - they will not refund me and keep saying its delivered , this would not have happened if they had kept the same courier as the website states!

Edit 5/8/25 - They are now threating me with lawyers for harassment, wonder how the courts take theft and breaking consumer laws? I don't know why you wont just do the right thing? Also they don't ethically source salvic hair, there stuff is made in china, I have proof that multiple orders have been despatched from china, and I've been in the hair industry long enough to know what actually happens to the "ethical" hair

The worst brand ever, pathetic excuse for nanos, says 1-3 years for their hair but their bonds don't even last 4 months! Of course they blame me, the technician with 9 years in her belt and my client, because obviously they have no blame! I hate doing this but honestly I find no other company more deserving of one star reviews and constant comments on their page, honestly one star is too many! Ive been waiting for the butterfly weft since July 20th. Express delivery. Im still waiting but have now had enough of excuses. And have asked for my money back. It's ridiculous the time you wait. Only got the tracking a week ago. Goodness knows where it is. I paid a lot of money but I need now to have the money back. WOULD LIKE TO CONTUE THIS REVIEW IVE NEVER NMHAD SUCH TERRIBLE HAIR. If it’s high quality hair extensions your looking for then Luxe by she definitely do the trick! The hair is extremely thick, extremely soft & extremely high quality! Iv got multiple clients who have had 3/4 maintenance appointments on the and set of hair with zero issues.
Ordered my hair in May it arrived late as I was told they was going to be here before the weekend I needed them for.. they was 3 days late. I eventually had it fitted after rearranging my appointment because of the delays, I was short a lot of hair I ordered 150g as always and it’s always fine never had a problem when i had this fitted I could tell straight away that it was not 150g it barely covered my head ! They short you out of grams as I’ve seen on other reviews.
Come 2 weeks later I had noticed my hair had started to deteriorate ALOT. Within such a short amount of time this isn’t normal ! I have had extensions for 3 years now from different places and this has never happened before, I know how to look after my extensions and aftercare.
I wrote a email to LuxeByShe they responded by saying this is my own fault that I didn’t order their aftercare products! It’s a load of ludicrous. I have been reading through reviews and there is 100s of bad reviews on this brand saying their products and hair is bad.. this was after I ordered unfortunately….
Yet they claim to be “Luxury” hair extensions. Never seen Luxury!
