The water flosser came up as highly recommended so I purchased it. It works really well. Love the soft mode for sensitive teeth. Came with multiple heads for different applications. Battery life seems really good. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Would recommend.

The head razor I purchased was excellent. Worked straight out of the box. It cut smooth and clean, very easy to use I am very impressed with the quality of the item. Only had chance to use it once as I've only had it a week but first impression is a good one. The web site is very easy to navigate and ordering was very quick with standard delivery made the overall cost very competitive. I would use this company again. Keep up the good work 👏

I had a problem with my initial purchase of the Titan head shaver.
I emailed the company and all they asked was that I send some photos. They got back to me quickly to say that the problem could not be fixed and they would send me a new replacement.
I received this about a week later and since then have been enjoying the easiness of use of the shaver and how good the shave is.
First class after sales service and can’t praise them enough. Thank you.

The razor was ordered and it arrived in a timely manor. I have been using the head shave for three weeks and I am delighted with the closeness of the shave. I use the shaver when in the shower, great piece of kit.

Brilliant customer service. Had my combs replaced very promptly without charging me. Peter was excellent in communicating and dealing with my issue. This is not the first time as Luxe replaced my shaver head aswell last year for free too.

Got this luxe teeth washer for my Christmas!! I’ve used it every day for 6 months, and have never had issues with my teeth.

I have no problem recommending this company. The product is just great. It did take a little longer than expected as I didn’t realise it had to come from abroad. Nevertheless, it was shipped almost as soon as the order was received. So no problems.

Nice company to deal with… and their product the Luxe toothbrush is a pleasure to use. It has long battery life and uses the same charger and cord as my mobile phone which is a big plus. It has a gentle but cleansing effect on my teeth.

I've gave 5 star as they have redeemed themselves. I bought an IPL device but unfortunately it didn't work. It took some time to get a response at first which was frustrating. But then today I got an email apologizing. Saying they are busy and as a token of good will for the delay along with a new device I will get a complimentary gift.
More than happy with that. And I understand companies can get busy.
