I’ve used sonicare for so many years, over priced poor quality now so I decided to try another brand, I’m so pleased I did. Super fast delivery, packaged beautifully, a pleasure to open. I purchased the water flosser and the nozzle is ill fitting making it leak.
I have contacted customer services numerous times and have not had a response. This company prides themselves on their response time, but to date this has proved to be a false claim.
This is very frustrating as I cannot resolve my issue. I would not use this company again.

My IPL laser device stopped working within the warranty period. At first, customer service responded and asked me to send a video showing the fault, which I did immediately. After that, they completely stopped responding.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails and have been ignored every time. I am left with a faulty product and a company that appears to have no intention of honouring its warranty obligations.

I would not buy any of there products.

Love my Luxe toothbrush. Very efficient and cleans throughly. Very quiet and helpful different modes. Good quality case. Would highly recommend.

I cannot believe the amount of food it has taken out from my teeth. I’m so pleased I bought it.

I’ve been using it for over a year now — I bought it in May 2025. First of all, the charging cable is really short and not great for body use. Luckily I’m petite, but I still think it’s far too short for the intended purpose.

Secondly, I don’t think it has reduced hair growth as effectively as my previous IPL device. The fact that maintenance is needed 1–2 times a week is also annoying.

Overall, I won’t be repurchasing it. At £150, I think there are better options available for the price. I’ll keep using it for now so the money doesn’t go to waste, but I’m not particularly happy with it.

The pressure of the flosser is weaker than my 3 years old non branded Amazon water flosser that cost £20 rather than Luxe £60 with very poor customer service. I’ve complained requesting a resolution to replace my product or refund it since 30th of April and still haven’t received any resolution. Reporting to ombudsman for false advertisement. Totally scammed.

Best electric toothbrush i have ever used, Previously i always opted for a hard brush, i have 100% changed my mind, soft brush, teeth have a ‘dentist clean’ feel
Dentist complained my gums were swollen (brushing too hard)
Nothing i can say other than you do need this toothbrush

A great piece of kit which is well made and very simple and easy to use. Still in my early days of using a water flosser but find it much better than brushes and other methods. Price was good and I like that it has everything you need plus a spare set of nozzles. Delivery was fine and the item arrived well packaged. Even at this early stage I would recommend this water flosser to anyone who wants to improve their oral hygiene.

Arrived as expected and undamaged, bought as a replacement for a waterpik, would have to say a superior product in that the unit is much quieter, there are more cleaning options and USBC charging port with a silicone seal on it to stop water ingress while in use, can’t fault the product very pleased.

Goods received undamaged and in a timely manner. Still getting used to the product but working well and seems to be effective in cleaning in between teeth. Needed to use warm water in vessel as my teeth too sensitive with cold. Still charged up after a week so happy with that too.

2 days ago my luxe water flosser stopped working after 13 months. For 13 months it was the best flosser I have had and with numerous different setting and powerful jet system it was perfect . I wrote to Luxe just to see if anything could be done; even though I was out of the warranty time by 1 month (I didn't expect anything back)
I was very surprised to receive an email on Saturday offering to send me a replacement free of charge . I must say I was truly in shock that they would do this . Customer service have gone above and beyond what was expected .
A good product and an excellent customer service team .....you couldn't ask for more !

Good flosser , no complaints, nice white colour et , easy to use

I got this to clean my gums after brushing with oral B toothbrush. My dentist said it was a good idea but interdental brushes would do a better job. I find the brush heads very soft and would have preferred a firmer one. It's ok is my decision but not for use on it's own.

Website was easy to use. Haven't used them before. Kept me up to date on progress of order. Would use again if the need arises

So far very pleased with toothbrush and water flosser which I bought together. The toothbrush is gentle even on the highest clean which is probably good for gums.
