Scam - avoid

I ordered in November and received the goods today 6 weeks later. Definitely not cashmere jumpers not even correct sizes requested. So poor you wouldn’t want to take to a charity shop. No brand labels in them. After I hadn’t received them by 31 days I requested a chargeback from my bank as I paid by credit card and received my money back. However now they have arrived I expect Luxelle will try and have this reversed. I will fight this as I would like to return the goods but will not pay the huge costs that other reviews say are expected.
I previously left a review which had 5 stars goodness knows how!

This is a scam - do not buy anything

I purchased after seeing a Facebook post about the closure of a UK shop. Cashmere and other luxury goods were heavily discounted and I purchased three cashmere jumpers and a coat. I realised after I received confirmation of the order that they were being despatched from China and tried to cancel at that stage. Fast foward a month or so and they have arrived. They are awful. The jumpers are made from the roughest material and bare no resemblence to the luxurious pictures. The sizing doesn't meet the description either. I've written to "Margaret" again demanding my money back under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but I hold out little hope of being refunded. I have also notified by bank and will seek redress with them.

Total scammers! Do not buy! They make it seem as though they are closing the business. It is a lie.
The goods are cheap and nasty and not as described. They are refusing to let me return or refund - I am going to make a chargeback via my credit card.
I think it is a scam site from somewhere abroad selling v cheap goods.

Avoid avoid avoid…

This so called company is a complete scam. First of all they say they are a London company going through a closing down sale. I ordered and after a few weeks with no item and a fake tracking number I asked for a refund. Suddenly my item was dispatched with a tracking number and was held at customs. So not a London company. Then after another week or 2 the next email said they were having trouble with my address details. Once again I asked for a refund. Strangely now an item is delivered. Upon opening it is the shoddiest coat you can imagine. Supposedly finest Italian leather which looks like it was made out of a bin bag. And the smell was horrendous. I sealed it back up and asked again for a refund as there were no return instructions or address. Then came the sob story email saying seller was a grandmother closing their store to spend time with their grandchildren and need the sale. Please keep the item or gift it to someone. Again Ivasked for a refund because quite frankly I would be embarrassed to gift it. I am awaiting a response . But if you can’t already tell I would say avoid this scam

Longer delivery time

I ordered the Angelica 2 piece set, it took nearly a month to arrive, which was quite a long time, I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was, the fit was good and the quality was excellent, although I would never have paid full price. The sale price was excellent totally happy with my order

The worst rubbish I have ever received

The worst rubbish I have ever received. Primark would have been better.

And appear same con emails sent when anyone complains - see below.

Avoid at all costs.

Sophie,

Thank you for contacting me.

My name is Margareth Hathersage and I have been running this shop for more than 20 years with a lot of love and passion. It is therefore with pain in my heart that I have to tell you that I will soon close the shop. It has been a difficult decision, but after so many years I would like to spend more time with my grandchildren. I understand your thoughts on returns, but in this final phase of my business, every sale is incredibly important to me.

Anything left in stock will be lovingly sold out so that I can wrap up this closing in a nice way. It would help me tremendously if you consider keeping the product, perhaps for yourself or to give as a gift to someone dear to you.

Thank you and we apologize for this situation.

Dear Sir or Madam

My order 4752 has finally arrive a month later.

The items are of very poor quality and different colours and sizes to those advertised
- the coat for example is incredibly bright green not khaki as advertised. It is a size large (I ordered a 10) and is huge.
- the shoes are peeling at the soles before they’ve even set foot on a foot or outside.
- the navy jumper is so thin and holey it’s almost lace nothing like the one pictured
- the grey fairisle jumper is a completely different colour and frankly is such poor quality I don’t think they’d stock it in Primark.

Is it possible to be refunded as I do not want these goods, It is really very disappointing as none of the items are as advertised

I can return if you let me know where.
