Do not buy from this scam company. They send you terrible quality fakes then block you when you ask for a refund. Absolute fraudsters.

Absolutely shocking. Took WEEKS to arrive (from China!) with very poor tracking. And then the quality was abysmal - the garments bear only the vaguest resemblance to what's online; never seen a worse... See more

Ordered early November and just…

Ordered early November and just received the Italian leather bag I ordered. It is terrible, and more like Chinese plastic than leather. I am going to report them to trading standards as trying to get a refund will be impossible. Avoid them at all costs.

BEWARE - DO NOT USE - SCAM

I would give minus star rating or ‘do not touch’ if had chance to do so.
WARNING - DO NOT PURCHASE from Luxelle London.
They provided a sob story on Facebook of mother and daughter boutique closing down in London. It was very convincing with pictures of boutique and them outside, Closure also included their online shop so there were ‘big discounts to get rid of stock’. I fell for it. BEWARE.
They are based in China and using this as a non-existent ‘shopfront’. Emails are just met by automated responses. Delivery took ages. Products were terrible quality and there’s no way of returning items that doesn’t cost more than you paid to start with. And, I’m certain you wouldn’t get your money back anyway. This online store is set up on Shopify e-commerce platform so looked bone fide. I doubt whether Shopify knows or would do anything about it but am about to report to them too.

I should have read this before…

I should have read this before purchase…, As exactly like everyone, this is really bad.i thought it was a UK company, but sent from China directly in horrible packaging.

It arrived quite late and on top of that when I asked for return by email, they won’t accept as they are closing down, which is probably not even true. They have written 30 day policy but complete false advertising. I am going to claim refund via credit company, but seriously this can easily be taken up as a legal case.

If I could make it 0 I would have

If I could make it 0 I would have. Supposedly cashmere, never in a million years. Poor quality poor sizing. Please don’t be conned by this lot. Don’t think I have any chance of a refund. Surprised social media allow this sort of con to happen on their platform.

Ordered on the 11th November being it…

Ordered on the 11th November being it was from a UK closing down and selling stock. Tracking after purchase proved the goods were coming from China. The goods did eventually arrive on the 1st Dec, but are are awful quality and I requested a full refund. Got a sob story and asked to gift the items instead of a refund. Will be making a claim via c’card as can’t see a refund being issued. Just cross that these are being advertised on social media and catching a lot of us out !

I totally utterly fell for this scam!

I totally utterly fell for this scam!! I'm embarrassed to admit that as I thought i was quite savvy with Internet etc..

Placed order 15th Nov. Chased them multiple times, but used Google translate English to Mandarin to tell them they are disgusting thieving Chinese Bar-Stewards and hope your whole family rot in hell!! Oh! And of course I said a lot more to them which I can't of course write on here...

I got a tracking up date today: parcel has left China on way to UK...

It's utterly disgusting that Google et al, after all these reviews, will not shut this website down.. They are allowed to continue and most likely scamming thousands of others as I type this...

Just received my item which was ordered a month ago. It's shocking quality. Waste of money. I've asked for a refund and advised to keep it for myself(it was for myself) or give it to a loved one😡😡😡 Also got the sob story of closing the store etc.
I'm waiting for further feedback, but not hopeful.
Disgusting

I ordered from the website who were claiming to be going out of business as could not compete with large stores… I’m embarrassed that I totally fell for this scam .. they are advertising good quality clothing at discount rates. I thought they were a London based company but when I tracked my order I realised the coat was coming from china and had my suspicions. The coat arrived after about 4 weeks, completely unlike what I ordered, poor quality with the tags bluntly cut out .. please do not buy from this illegitimate company

False Advertising and items were garbage

Well firstly they conned me with false advertising - claiming to be two women closing down a cute little shop in the Cotswolds. I ordered on 13th Nov and received an email with a tracking number and link. I finally received my items today (18th December) and am wondering why they bothered sending the items - absolute garbage - not worth the shipping. I put them straight into a bag to be dropped off at the recycling. Absolute sham. Since being conned, I'm seeing more of these fake advertisements on Facebook and Instagram - don't fall for them.

Still haven't received my order

Still haven't received my order! As the company was called Luxell London, I thought they were UK based, but no, when I clicked one the tracking number, Chinese writing appeared, which immediately worried me. I've had nothing but an email to say it's on its way. How does one get a refund of money, as this has been a horrible experience? I loathe and detest scammers.

Everything that everyone says on here…

Everything that everyone says on here is true. DON'T ORDER. I am also waiting for a delivery which is coming from China, despite being told it was despatched from the UK by Royal Mail. I have contacted my credit card company who say that I have to wait until the goods arrive and then contact them to try and get my money back.

Like everyone one else should have…DUPED

Like everyone one else should have looked at the reviews prior to purchasing! Any company that doesn’t let you have a refund within 5 minutes of placing an order is without a doubt a dodgy company!
I have already spoken to Amex and highlighted this transaction as have they and Luxelle that’s to be seen has so far responded to my emails but then I know what I’m talking about .
Having gone through their terms & conditions they are so ridiculousy in their favour they wouldn’t stand up in a court of law ! So when they make there silly little threats they are pointless !
When they stated they couldn’t give me tracking info because there system needed up dating as they had so many orders I told them that is absolute rubbish as soon as they put in the order to be despatched the system creates a consignment number which is used for tracking ! So then said there system was down 😂😂😂 of course it is !

I gave them the opportunity to refund me they didn’t so now we will have to expose them ! The nonsense of them shutting down their company of a few years ! Rubbish it was registered in may this year by a Chinese women who lives in Greenwich London ! There are no lovely ladies of English origin what so ever which is why you don’t get any responses until the afternoon! They will be doing the same thing on multiple websites ! If you have used credit cards you can you use the insurance to claim on misrepresentation when and if the goods arrive because I don’t doubt they will be of appalling quality
