Ordered the swan head as I like quirky…majestic swanhead

Ordered the swan head as I like quirky stuff.. unfortunately it arrived with a bent crown and lots of gaps in the feathers so you could see the polystyrene..quite poor quality for the price

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you felt the Majestic Swan was poor quality for the price and that the crown arrived damaged. We make every effort with packaging but unfortunately products can very occasionally be damaged during transit. We have been in touch with you by email and have provided a free returns label for you to return your order to us. The Majestic Swan is one of our bestsellers and we feel it is value for money as it is a handmade item and every feather is applied by hand. The nature of the product means that there is polystyrene underneath and sometimes this can be slightly visible but as a whole it is a beautiful product.

Not refunded £270 item they are no longer sending.

Spent nearly £500 on my initial order to find 2 items missing and one item sent in error. In their defence they did get one of the items shipped out promptly. However they still have £270 of my money for a vase I ordered and they have not issued this money back. I have sent 2 emails to no response. The initial order was placed 3 weeks ago and this is causing me great concern. Please could someone give me my money back ASAP. Some of the poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would avoid at all costs for expensive purchases.

We're sorry to hear you feel we have poor customer service. You placed an order for a vase and a number of other items. The vase had a lead time of approximately 2 weeks which we informed you about. The remaining items were dispatched however the wrong item was sent in error for one product. We immediately got in touch with you when we realised this, apologised and sent you a returns label to send back the wrong item to us which you told us was not a problem and you would send it back ASAP. We sent you the correct item straight away. You then further got in touch to complain that items were missing. We asked you to kindly double check and we told you how they were packed in the box but you stated they were not there. Unfortunately we did not have any more in stock so we issued you with a refund for these items. Two weeks later we followed up with you about the return of the incorrect product and you told us you had given it to your friend to post. To date we have not received this item back 3 weeks later. You asked us to either send the remaining item or refund you so we made the regretful decision to cancel and refund the remaining item. We advised you that the refund had been raised and I can see that it has been completed this morning, however it can take up to 10 days to arrive into your bank account. If you have any further issues please do not hesitate to contact us.

Superb all round service

I ordered a blue wall swan for my wife..she had been trying to get one for ages. It was a birthday gift, and was slightly concerned about it arriving on time. Customerservices, in particular Paloma, were brilliant and ensured it arrived on time. The product is fantastic, well packaged and every part of the process has exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use Luxeology again and recommend to friends and family. Well done.
