My son is turning 25 and I wanted to give him a surprise watch. I got one from Luxerwatches and they are awesome. The best is better than other sites.
The packaging is very nice, professional and luxury style.
If you have to exchange, take picture and don't open the box or try if u don't like it and u will get full refund.
I am going to continue shopping from this site as they are trustworthy.

Great customer experience and fast delivery,

They’re impossible to reach on the phone and are unresponsive to emails and messages. Have been trying to make a return for over two weeks and can not get them to respond to request for a return authorization.
Good luck if you have a problem, I’d stay away!

UPDATE:
Luxerwatches have contacted me and corrected my issue I had and they made it right with their apologies. I believe their customer service is as described but it was just a disappointment that I had this issue. I would purchase from them again as they worked it out with me. Thank you.

I have ordered a watch before for myself from these guys, which I received a very good price and it arrived as described. I decided to purchase another one for my wife. The watch that was sent to me did not work, I requested a return and I have not heard a thing from anyone for this company. After no one would communicate to me I decided to at least try to have the battery changed out. The watch worked. I asked for some sort of credit for the cost and installation of the battery and again no response from anyone with this company. It is too bad they treat customers this way. They say on their site worry free returns etc, I totally disagree so unfortunately I don’t think I will chance another purchase from this company again...too bad. Buyer
