This is a replacement for the same watch I purchased in 2009. Love the watch but had lost some of crystals around face. So glad I found the same watch!

The delivery of product quoted by the company was not at all accurate and I haven’t received my watch yet and though it was a gift so it’s almost a waste now so worst online shop ever till now

Purchased a blue silicone Michael Kors men’s watch online, only to receive it and looked completely different from the watch advertised online. The face of the watch was not covered in plastic to protect it from scratches so the watch has 3-4 scratches...Very disappointing considering this was supposed to be a Birthday gift for a special someone. I’m not even sure if it was a real Michael Kors watch, the authenticity appears a little questionable.

The shipping was fast and everything arrived in once peice. Item looked just like it was advertised. I love it. My husband was very pleased with it as well.

I recently purchased 2 watches with them, unfortunately one of the watches arrived with the damaged glass. I made them see the problem and shared images to which they only responded: make their return. Request a replacement or repair as I have enough interest in that watch, they never again responded. I originally found LuxerWatches.com while looking for gifts for the two best men at my wedding. I found the best prices on Luxer but thought that it might be too good to be true so I googled reviews. I found the reviews on trust pilot and they were all 5 stars. I assumed this must be a scam site because there's always someone who has a complaint or gives 4 stars just because. I continued looking at other sites for weeks and then came back to the LuxerWatches.com site because no one came close to matching their prices. I then went back to trust pilot for reviews and decided to check the reviews for other sites I use. All these reviews seemed legit and many of them matched the opinions i had of these companies so I figured I'd give it a shot and order from LuxerWatches.com. I am very glad I did. Not only were the watches authentic and perfect they came fast and were almost half the price of anywhere else. I will be a customer for years to come.

I bought a Desiel watch and I absolutely loved it unfortunately it was just too big for my wrist. I sent it back. Not only was their customer service dept. helpful throughout the buying process but the shipping was fast. The product arrived new in all the original packaging. It was an authentic watch and in brand new condition with all the plastic protective sheets on the face and back. The return process was easy. I sent them an email explaining why I wanted to return the watch. The next day the sent me an email with an RMA #. I printed the attached doc. and included it in the return box. Shipped it back and 2 business days after they received the shipment they issued a full refund less the shipping cost. I didn't expect them to refund me the shipping as that is the price of buying online. They spell that out in their return policy and the buyer is responsible for knowing this before they purchase as I was aware of in advance. I always do my due diligence before making a purchasing decision. Luxerwatches.com did right by me and for that I would recommend them to anyone willing to take into account the cost of buying online in the event they need to send it back. Better to lose a few bucks in shipping than your whole investment. In my case it was a watch priced over $400.00. Hope this helps!
