I travel constantly for work and Clarence has transformed what used to be a stressful grind into something seamless. The man thinks three steps ahead — every detail lands perfectly organized before I even think to ask. He even handles my check-ins before each flight so I never have to worry about it. I just show up and go.

The savings alone justify the call. Clarence consistently finds fares that save me around $2,000 per ticket compared to what I'd find on my own. On a multi-city itinerary, the numbers are even more dramatic. I assumed a high-touch agent would cost more. The opposite is true.

When I had to cancel trips last minute for personal reasons, Clarence handled everything — recoveries, credits, rebookings — quickly and without a single question or hassle. No stress on my end. He just took care of it.

From the start of making our travel plans LuxeSkies was amazing . Their communication was also excellent, notifying and making arrangements if flights were changed unexpectedly. They really had excellent customer service and worked behind the scenes to make our travel experience a smooth process. I highly recommend them especially for any travel abroad arrangements.

Flying in the best of circumstances can be challenge but flying internationally in the winter I think you are just down right lucky for everything to go smoothly! This trip, if it was going to happen it did! Cancelled flights, delayed flights, lost luggage, and down graded seats and I could go on and on. The LUX Team took care of all the “bummers” of the trip while I still enjoyed the trip like nothing bad had happened! From the USA to Switzerland, Germany and France all was wonderful due to Lux Air!

Justin was amazing. It took sometime to confirm my business trip and all along the way he kept me in detail of the costs and changes as they were happening.. In the end we bought a very costly ticket from Justin. Great Job!

Not sure how I found this agency, but I’m glad I did. I saved a bunch, and they (mostly Mike) were responsive at every point—so responsive that I thought they must be AI replying automatically. We needed to make a change to come home early, and they were able to rebook us in minutes.

Lucas is my travel advisor … He’s amazing, he responds promptly and he gives the best of the best information. i have been using Luxe skies for several months now and have been really happy with their service.
i have never really used a travel agent for flights before as i always wanted the ability to find the best deals, with dates that fit my travel plans, especially as some of those plans change from time to time.

i retired in January and have been traveling extensively this past year, with plans to continue traveling internationally for the next 2-3 years.
Luxe Skies has been perfect for this phase of my travel - i tell them where i'm going and when, whether my dates are flexible and who's going.
Luxe Skies assigned me a consistent person who i speak to and Allan has become a trusted friend that i can reach out to for any concerns.
i've changed my mind a number of times, changed my dates, adjusted my destinations but Allan/Luxe Skies has been patient and never got frustrated with me.
they've worked with me to get me where i'm going with the best deals possible.
they check you in and send you your boarding passes, so there's no waking up at 4am realizing you didn't check in for your 8am flight.
and they have someone there around the clock so when i recently had concerns about my boarding passes flying to Norway, someone was there to walk me through it.
i mostly deal with domestic flights myself, although i do touch base with Allan to make sure i'm getting the best deal, but i'll never go back to sourcing international flights on my own!

Great staff. Caring, dependable, and professional. While they may not get the lower than what you can find online, their support during the journey makes all the difference. Booked multiple trips this year and hope to do more in the future.

I was new to this process but my agent took great care to make me feel comfortable about the purchase experience. Communication was always done promptly. All questions were thoroughly answered One glitch that arose after making the reservation but before the travel date was that the agent I was dealing with left the company. This did not disrupt our plans. Other agents stepped in to help complete the process without issue.

Allan and team were excellent. They were able to organize my flights to Vietnam and back taking much of the stress of booking an international trip off my plate. Communication was great each step of the way, with the team making a number of suggestions and recommendations along the way to fit within my goals. Would recommend to others
