The agent with whom I worked, Michael, was exceptional. He offered a number of options, explained the pros and cons of each and was remarkably patient with my questions.

Explored different airline options for us, took care of our check ins, and helped us get a credit for future trip when I missed our return departure time.

Working with Michael was truly a great experience. This was our first time traveling to the United Kingdom, so we didn't know what to expect. The travel accommodations we definitely on point. I highly recommend!

Avoid this company at all costs. The agents spoke very poor English and it was difficult to understand even basic information. Fake prices, charge extra for everything, begging for tips. Scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Interesting... LuxSkies has taken my review down twice with Trustpilot, claiming that this is a "fake review"...

Here is my review - BUYER BEWARE. I did NOT have a good experience. It was shady and my "first class" tickets certainly did not feel like first class.

It was not worth the $2K euro price they charged.

Edit: I see their reply, but that still doesn't account for their business model is to buy two tickets, with returns that are nearly 90 days later and they only use one leg on each ticket. They cancel the other legs. I wasn't aware of this. Further, the business class "lay-back" seat on a cross-continental trip was terrible. I couldn't lay-back and therefore, had no sleep.

They helped me get a decent flight to Europe and return. Easy group to work with. They will try to get you the best rate.

Awesome experience booking flights from India to Chicago - LuxeSkies team provided multiple options and was patient with specific requests. Parents had a good flight and the concierge service helped book wheelchair etc. highly recommended for business class travel, will be booking again soon. Kudos to the team and all the best!

First, making our air reservations last March for two thru LuxeSkies was easy. Service was quick, Daniel asked the right questions, found options to suit our needs, and called back quickly. They stayed in touch and ticket information was provided as needed. This was a mix of multiple international business and economy flights starting in August 2025 into September 2025. Each booking was right for the leg involved.
Second,1 call to LuxeSkies in August and 1 medical emergency ticket cancellation along with a new booking for the same seats for my travel partner’s new cohort were underway.
Special shoutouts to Ally Mitchell and Julian Pearl for the cancellation process. Even during their individual personal times off, they shepherded my cancellation through, explored every possible direct refund avenue, and provided perfect documentation for ultimate submission to my trip cancellation company. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Professional, thorough, and pleasant service.

Brain Bennet provided Larry and I first class service, excellent communication with texts, emails, personal phone calls. He is a great listener, professional, and courteous.
