Returned on the 5th of June and had to chase up as I still haven’t received a refund. Finally got a reply today (27/6/23) saying I won’t be getting a refund as they have been worn when I returned them with tags on? I wouldn’t trust this company, terrible customer service and seems like they will try to hold on to your money. Thankfully I used Klarna so I will be opening a case.
