Wouldn’t shop here
Returned on the 5th of June and had to chase up as I still haven’t received a refund. Finally got a reply today (27/6/23) saying I won’t be getting a refund as they have been worn when I returned them with tags on? I wouldn’t trust this company, terrible customer service and seems like they will try to hold on to your money. Thankfully I used Klarna so I will be opening a case.

We are sorry to hear about the issue regarding your order, however our policy clearly states that if an item is not returned back to us in a new and sellable state then we are unable to issue a refund, this includes having th eoriginal tags on to prevent users from wearing items and then returning back to us. This was checked over by a senior also as is always the case in these scnearios to confirm the validity of the return. We will also be providing this evidence to Klarna if and when the claim is raised.
