Service was good, delivered swiftly and presented well, but sadly the ring was not well made. Quite light and flimsy. I feel the stone may come out quite soon?

Very disappointed huge errings , and look very cheap because of the size !

Lovely jewellery, great value for money, easy to order and no issues at all with delivery.

My experience with Luxe Tones was absolutely excellent. Chris was extremely helpful, I was very impressed with their customer service.
The jewellery is gorgeous and they have a huge range at very realistic prices.
I highly recommend Luxe Tones and wouldn't hesitate to give them a higher rating of 5* if I could.

Overpriced and terrible quality. Ordered 2 types of earrings. Both earring clasps broke at first wear. Really flimsy metal. Asked for a refund a month ago and was promised one. Still waiting….

Have previously bought 2 pairs from this company and love them. However most recent pair had a green glass finish. Gold clasp part no problems but after 3 wears the green is fading rapidly and now just look insipid. Disappointed as sent email with photos ..no reply. Thought better of this company

Lovely, well made jewellery, reasonably priced and quick to arrive.

I ordered two beautiful pairs of earrings which arrived beautifully packaged and quickly. Unfortunately one pair had got damaged during delivery. I contacted customer service who got back to me almost instantly and sent me a replacement pair which also arrived super quickly. Both pairs are stunning and the customer service was perfect so I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. Thanks Luxe Tones ❤️

The earrings were just like the picture, and really pretty. Arrived when they said they would, and good communication.

i ordered two pearl necklaces as Xmas presents, I loved so much I ordered for myself The delivery was quick and the presentation packaging was so lovely too. I look forward to ordering more in the future.

The earrings I bought lasted 4 wears (over 6weeks) then the stone in the middle fell out. I knew they were cheap but I had still hoped for more than this.
The website itself is nice (lots of lovely things to be tempted by), ordering was easy and delivery was prompt but I guess you get what you pay for - low quality.

Have brought a few items bracelet and mostly earrings they are all good quality and good designs I’m happy with everything

Very beautiful designs and lovely packaging, but the quality of some of their items is cheap. I bought their star and moon earrings months ago, and within the first month, the gold plating had already started to chip. However, another pair of earrings I’ve bought from them is still going strong, so idk if it just depends on the style and design of their items?
