Easy processs
I came in just trying to get a feel of what watches I liked within budget.
Found the perfect one slightly outside of it and Charlie at Luxe was able to help in anyway he could.
I ended up picking the watch up 5 days later.
Would recommend and will be a returning customer.

Very trustworthy!
Excellent staff, really know their stuff! Charlie was really helpful and knowledgeable. Luxe sold my watch on consignment and got me a fair price. Money was transferred within the agreed timeframe. Everything was communicated very professionally and clearly. Will definitely use them again to sell watches in future. I would not hesitate to buy a watch from them either!

First Class Experience
Recently had a Cartier watch serviced. From start to finish the whole process was first class and Charlie gave the very best customer service possible. I was emailed regularly with updates and sent photos of my watch when it arrived with Luxe and when it was ready to be returned. When I got the watch back it was like brand new. I can wholeheartedly recommend 100%. Brilliant service.
