Excellent Customer Service
I have nothing but praise for Arif, Oliver and the team at Luxe Watches. I ordered a Rolex from them in October which developed a fault, the team were very attentive and fixed the watch and gave it a service before sending it back to me. Amazing service and would definitely buy from these guys again and recommend to friends!

Don’t hesitate to use Luxe Watches if you’re thinking about getting your Rolex watch serviced. Great communication at every step of the process and considerably cheaper than going direct to the Rolex outlets. Exceeded my expectations by returning my watch within 3 weeks despite the initial estimate of 4-6 weeks. Included the bonus of a one off free valuation too.

Second to none!
From start to finish the service has been second to none.
I was constantly updated with the progress of my watch repair/service and every member of the team was helpful and so friendly.
The cost of my repair was a quarter of the estimate given by a leading company in Exeter and was the deciding factor for me to use Luxe Watches. I am thrilled with the work and delighted to be wearing my Rolex once again.
I would certainly recommend Luxe, and won’t go anywhere else when it comes to the ongoing care of my much loved watch.
