Rolex GMT II service in 5 weeks
I’ve just received my Rolex GMT II back after a service and a clean and I’m very impressed. The first point is that it only took 5 weeks instead of the 5 months everywhere else was quoted, the watch is immaculate and Oliver Ryan went above and beyond to get it back to me for Saturday morning.

I was greeted by Charlie whilst lookin in the shop window at the very nice display and was invited in to have a chat, this then led onto me putting a watch on sale or return. Finally found the perfect GMT II
I had been searching for a GMT II Batgirl for a long time and finally found a 2025 model that was in an unworn condition.
Right from the outset of making the initial enquiries with their sales executive Charlie, throughout the process of purchase to receiving delivery, was always very polite and professional and willing to answer any questions I had.
I’m blown away by how nice the watch is. Would happily consider using Luxe watches for future purchases.

Cartier Privé Cloche
I discovered Luxe Watches while browsing Chrono24 for a timepiece and they had the best offer available. From the start, Charlie was outstanding—patiently answering all my questions down to the smallest details via WhatsApp.
Despite the shop being an hour outside London, the journey on the Tube was hassle-free.
Upon arrival, Charlie’s warm welcome and seamless service made the experience even better.
I left not just with a smile, but with a stunning Cartier Privé Cloche on my wrist.

I sent my Omega 300M for service and…
I sent my Omega 300M for service and repair. Not only were they faster but cheaper and the communication was superb. An excellant parcel to put my watch into and a prepaid envelope. The photograph of them having recieved the watch the next day. And then a quotation for the work just 24 hours later. The entire start to finish was only 5 weeks and that included Christmas. They were 2 months faster and £300 cheaper than Omega quoted me for the same work.
