The whole experience was frictionless and deal with real people. The team on the ground for the move were amazing, helpful and went out of their way to help with our move, especially with things like pianos etc. Highly recommended.

Everyone is extremely capable, experienced, patient, understanding and they carry out every task with a positive attitude and good humour. Professional, efficient and friendly at all stages of our move. Delays on the legal front caused us to lose our original delivery slot, but Luxfords came up with a great plan at no extra cost to us - which was hugely appreciated. In all the stress surrounding moving house, Luxfords were totally reliable and just got on with the job. Would definitely re-book if ever I decided to put myself through the hell of moving house again

Really reliable and professional. They really do stand out from the other moving companies. I was dreading moving as I hadn’t moved for 8 years and didn’t know where to start. Luxfords felt much more personal and friendly than the other companies, came out and calculated what I needed - which was spot on, they provided more than enough quality boxes and all the other bits I would need too. I don’t even want to think about how stressful it would have been without them. The movers on the day (Steve and James) were friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. They also went out of their way to eventually get my sofa in the house!! They did a great job on a rainy day. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend and will be using you again in the future.

Having moved house several times I have never experienced such a stress free move as I did when using the fantastic team at Luxfords. From the professionalism of the initial quote, the follow up phone calls, to the move itself - where my expectations were well and truly surpassed - I cannot recommend Luxfords highly enough. The team of polite, professional, helpful, friendly guys who moved me were amazing.

We are over the moon with our experience of Luxfords of Weybridge. Having had several quotes, not only did Luxfords come out cheapest by far - including packing! - but they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From Chris' initial survey where he gave us lots of helpful advice about moving, to Natalie and Colin in the office organising everything to a T and answering all of my anxious, and last minute, questions, to Jamie who packed our place with absolute care and precision, and then both Jamie and Martin expertly carried out the move - and were a good laugh to boot! They even took a moment to congratulate us and hype us up as we got into the new place. They took ALL the stress out and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We will 100% be using them if we move in future, but for now are telling friends and family that this the company to go with!

The guys who showed up on the day worked swiftly, methodically and quietly given we were moving out of a gated community with other residents.

The packing of items took just over and hour, and was received at its next destination in good shape and neatly stored away.

Ashley and Lewis took charge of our move and were brilliant throughout. I’m a long time user of Luxfords and the difference is the lack of stress throughout. The guys are professional, focussed and with a can do attitude. Not only did they get us packed and out in a timely manner, but they set us up with all the essentials in the new place too. Faultless service, great skills from the guys - reassembling furniture and the washing machine and beds. One happy punter! Thanks Luxfords.

Luxfords helped us with our move a couple of weeks ago and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We were a bit last minute and the team at Luxfords were incredibly helpful, scheduling a quote and booking us in quickly. Price-wise they were on par with some other quotes but their positive reviews stood out and I know why! The team of 4 guys worked hard over two days to pack up and load our house and they did a fantastic job, being both diligent and friendly. The packing service is an absolute must, we have had zero breakages or losses. Thank you Luxfords!

We used Luxfords last week for our house move. The organisation and admin side of things were very efficient, which always brings confidence in a company.
