They quickly arranged for my glasses to be returned and organised for a new pair of prescription glasses to be sent out. Now that they started doing prescriptions I just bought 5 prescription glasses (I think I’m sorted for glasses for a couple years haha) some clear lenses and some tinted lenses. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and the fitting of the prescription, saved me a lot of money as I used to get my prescriptions from SpecSavers and pay extra fees for bad quality frames.
