Had one of the worst customer service with them I purchase a item on 12/24 they did a shipping label and on it said delivered by the 12/27 well that date come nothing so I figured you know what it’s the holidays so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt well 1/2 came look up the tracking number still not sent so I call the number I speak to a gentleman that said something went wrong with the shipping we should of put it out that we had them but they should get here today or tomorrow I said oh ok . Now here we are 1/13 I call again same gentleman picks up I give him my order # and he said yes it should ship out today well today came and went and still tracking number shows not shipping UPS hasn’t receive the package again another lie but the best part it I have gotten like 5 email from them asking me to rate this experience so just want to say STAY AWAY FROM BEING FROM THEM AGAIN because they don’t care about the customer .

Amazing shipping time and amazing product

This is the worst knockoff! I purchased the Byredo Mojave Ghost to compare to the original one and it was an epic fail. I emailed to request a refund and was told, "Because I opened the packaging they could not refund me." I asked how then would I smell the fragrance it I can't open the package? Shortly after expressing my disappointment I received a return label. They only refunded half the money. What a complete waste of time and money! AND . the only reason they received 1 star is because it was the ONLY way I could share my experience! I rate the a 0 ... as they say, buyers be aware!!! I should have done my research before purchasing ..
