I'm sharing this because I wish someone…

I'm sharing this because I wish someone had warned me. My time at this facility ended abruptly, without any prior write-ups, discussions, or explanations. What made it worse was that my final pay was unlawfully withheld -- despite the time, effort, and dedication I gave while I was there.

It's disheartening when a company shows complete disregard for an employee's livelihood or well-being. A simple act of integrity -- paying for the time I invested -- could have left things on a respectful note. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and disrespected.

Please be cautious when considering employment here. Do your research and protect yourself. No job should make you question your worth or your rights. Every worker deserves honesty, fairness, and transparency.
