It pulls your hair out. I went over my hair 100 times with a brush but no matter what this yanked on my hair pulled it out . There was absolutely no instructions.

If the trimmer pulls or yanks hair, it’s often related to hair type or how the hair feeds into the device. The trimmer is designed to be used on clean, completely dry, and fully detangled hair, working in very small sections and moving slowly and gently. For very fine or fragile hair, the device may unfortunately not be the best match.
Easy to use and actually works
Easy to use and actually works. I was a little skeptical, but it actually did cut my split ends, and my hair felt so good afterwards. It's shiny and looks healthier. The best part is that it cost less than a haircut, and I'm going to save money by not needing to get a haircut.

It was easy to use
It was easy to use. I have thicker hair so I parted it in sections and would use about 1-1.5 inch pieces. I went over them 2-3 times. I haven't gotten my hair cut in over a year ( I know, i know. Bad girl lol) because I've been growing it out and my hair grows fairly fast. I couldn't get over how much hair came off but don't worry ladies, I still have plenty. I had to empty the chamber a few times. Any recommendations on cleaning it would be helpful but otherwise, great product 👍🏻

That’s why you saw so much hair in the chamber — it’s just the split ends and damaged tips doing their exit, not your length!
How to clean the trimmer
Here are a few easy ways to keep it clean after each use:
Open the chamber and gently tap the trimmer over a bin to release loose hair.
Use a small brush (a makeup brush, toothbrush, or any soft cleaning brush works great) to sweep out the fine pieces.
For stubborn bits, a cotton swab works perfectly.
Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth — no water inside the device.
⚠️ Just avoid rinsing the trimmer under water since it’s an electronic device.

I like the trimmer, but it is loud and I can’t shut it off
I like the trimmer. My hair feels silkier. But I barely charged it and can’t figure out how to turn it off. I do not see an off/on switch, so the blue light just stays on 24 /7. I don’t like putting it away in my drawer when it is still on. If it becomes compressed together, it starts up and is very loud and startling. It doesn’t come with a manual and I can’t find one online. Would be super happy with it if someone could just help with that one issue.

Surprisingly good products
The product is well priced and always has some sort of big discount going on making it worth the shot. It definitely is trimming something as I can see bits of hair clearly cut off without shortening the length of my hair. I don't think my hair immediately becomes silky but it's definitely a noticeable difference before and after using it, so yes it does work.
My only slight annoyance is that the little pocket that holds hair trimmings isn't good enough. I always end up with tiny bits of trimmed hair all over the floor or counter when I'm using the device, so it's not contained properly as it trims. Just have a vacuum handy!

Worth The money
Yes this did take a few weeks to arrive, but we are spoiled by sites where we get a product the next day. This was worth the wait and with my thick curly hair it performed as stated. I was thrilled to see the ends cleaned up and my hair is no longer tangled. So much better than getting several inches cut off.

Awesome Product
It does exactly what it says it will do. It trims ALL the split ends, not just at the bottom. My daughter (age 26)was shocked at how smooth it made her hair when I let her borrow it. She said she had been looking for something like this for a long time. The only issue is I wish it would open a little wider, it would make it easier to get on the hair strands. Other than that, I love it. Great job!!
