As soon as I got it I did try it. My sister used to it and so did my mom. It got ride of my terrible split ends. My hair feels healthy. I would recommend this to anyone. Its crazy because I wait a whole year to buy it and to be honest I should have got soon! Thank you!

Battery life fantastic. Lost the instructions so I didn’t know how to close it so all night it was on all night. Now I do.

Was going to buy this but after reading some forums and reviews, looks like it either doesn't show up, can't get a refund for it being missing or it just cuts random pieces of hair and not the split ends. Think I'll pass on this one seems too much like a scam

14 days and crickets
I ordered this item on December 8th and received a confirmation email with a download on using the product. December 15th I received a marketing email for this item. To date, I have received no shipping updates. I ordered it through Shop and have never had this problem before. I sent an email to the company today. Will update my review if I ever receive the producy.

Never received, horrible customer service
My spilt ends trimmer was apparently delivered December 5th but unfortunately I never received it. The company that delivered my package just left it for anyone to take even though I was home all day. I never got buzzed where I live or even an email to indicate my package was delivered. The delivery company isn't responding to any of my emails or calls the the Luxmend customer service isn't doing anything to fix this issue, all I get told is to contact the delivery company witch i have. This is the worst company service ive ever received and disappointed they wont make this right. Personally wouldn't order cause now I am out of merchandise and the funds for an item I never received.

According to the tracking information, the order was marked as delivered on December 5th by the local courier. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered under the responsibility of the delivery company, which is why we’ve advised contacting them directly for a delivery investigation. We understand you’ve already done this, and we’re sorry they haven’t been responsive — that’s understandably upsetting.
Please know that we’re not ignoring the issue or unwilling to help. Unfortunately, we’re limited in what we can do without confirmation from the courier, as they are the party responsible for the final delivery. In cases like this, the courier must complete their investigation to confirm whether the parcel was misplaced, stolen, or misdelivered.
