Legit product that does work
It's a legit product that does work. It charges by USB cord. Small sections with at least three passes is helpful to make sure it gets everything. Shipping does comes Fr m china in origin but the shipping process took a decent amount of time.

Doesn't work
This took ages to arrive and when it did the box was damaged. On immediate inspection its cheap plastic. No instructions just a QR code. Charged it up and that's where it failed. I turned it on and it makes the most horrendous loud noise. Tried to close it to turn off and it wouldn't close and the on/off button wouldn't work so it sat making this God awful noise in the bathroom until it ran out of charge.
Emailed Luxmend which resulted in them asking for a video showing them how I turn it on and off. Im not an idiot! Seriously. I'm not charging it back up ever again.
So much for their money back guarantee.
They con people with their videos to buy the product and don't stand by their money back guarantee. I wasted $80aud on this cheap plastic machine that screeched itself to death until the charge ran out. I have no idea if the thing would even do what it says. Buyer beware

I am really impressed with the trimmer! It definitely got a lot of my split ends as my hair is layered. The only thing that concerned me a little bit was that there were times that it felt it was pulling full strands from my head, (even after brushing through it). Other than that, my hair definitely looked healthier after completing the process.

If you ever feel a bit of pulling, it usually means the section needs to be a little smaller or brushed a bit smoother. It should glide without tugging.

I love this split end trimmer and have recommended it to others. I wish there was a REFERRAL PROGRAM in place, but there is not. I was hesitant of the cost, but the MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is what sold me. That speaks volume to me. The product is fairly easy to use. However, I have a hard time trying to do the back of my hair. So far with using this every other week, my hair looks and feel silky and smooth. Even my friends, family and neighbors have noticed a difference in my hair. I take pride in my hair. Still not arrived
Still not arrived! Made a review about it not arriving, and the response from the company is it has been delayed in customs. The tracking says it cleared customs and is sitting in Illinois since the 16th of October! So how is it stuck in customs when tracking says it left customs on the 12th. Should I be requesting my money back? Is this product actually going to arrive, because it's been a month since I ordered it. I Seems to be a common theme among your reviews! Buyers be wary.

Biggest regret is I didn’t find this sooner!
This is literally the best purchase I have EVER made for my hair. It’s like the missing piece of the puzzle. I have never been able to manage my split ends because I straighten my hair and the hair dresser takes too much off. I don’t know why or how this product works but I truly believe anyone and everyone with long hair NEEDS this!!! Sometimes I just stare at my ends in rapture 🤣 also I like to inspect for split ends and it’s so satisfying to only find one to two strands off of my whole head that has a teeny tiny split only😜 I am swapping this out for haircuts and I think over time it will pay for itself.
