I have been invited to an interview which I have passed with flying colours, in my humble opinion, I have more than 20 years of experience in my domain and I provide expertise to leaders in Fmcg and pharma, I have led and develop big projects migrating data from onprem to Cloud, yet apparently I was not good enough in what I do - said a "recruiter" who could not understand English very well and had a no idea what GUI is, Key vault or cursor scripts, I think he did not understand half the concepts.I was describing from my experience. To be honest I have never been so humiliated by the feedback which was not only unfair but very untrue.

Awful. Unprofessional. Full of BS. They reached out to me via LinkedIn, first interview completed. Told perfect for client and they will put me forward. No communication, chased, they are off sick. Chased their subordinate, told so sorry will come back asap. 13 days later no response or follow up. Might be a large Swiss based company, but their London operation is appalling. They can do one.

I am so happy with my work, here you can get lots of learning opportunities. Their Medical policy is so good, they mainly look for employee benefits.
Every year they won't forget to surprise the employee with valuable gift.

Luxoft is a great place to work at. It's characterized by a very friendly environment, and there is no pressure at all. However, high quality levels are required in order to satisfy clients. Colleagues are great, salary is slightly above the average. There are many ways to improve you career path and the company provides many learning tools and courses. Work-life balance is good, and working from home is possible. The company also provides some benefits, like lunch tickets and discounts on several e-shops.

Good Software company but the merger with DXC has made the work culture worse, salary hikes are frozen and there have been layoffs. Good talent who felt safe in the organization, now feed threatened and are leaving the organization gradually. It is a wakeup call to the management to take corrective actions immediately.

Good software company with many worldwide clients. The organization is good, and projects (not all of them) are interesting. Compensation policy is in line with market, hope that in the future it will be raised.

The fact that the company provides training opportunities and gives access to educational programs and training at an international level is very important to me.
Also, in my opinion, having a great Lead has a good effect on work processes and motivation. This is certainly a plus for the company.

Great place to work with lots of learning opportunities. Work life balance is very good. Company provides Work from Home (WFH) option. Internal Mobility (IM) option is available for moving internally into any other project.

Luxoft have projects in different areas like Banking, Automobiles and Aviation which gives opportunity to employees from various domain. Internal Mobility or Relocation process is very well streamlined. After DXC merging, few processes are still getting evolved but many are been fixed. There are many benefits like Loyalty programs and leave policies.
