I joined Luxoft last year in the month of February, within these 2 years(approx) I have got multiple opportunities to develop myself personally and professionally. Luxoft provides a certification partnership using which I managed to earn 3 cloud certifications. I always get a platform to learn new things and implement my knowledge and skills in my work. Luxoft offers a very employee-friendly environment, colleagues are always there to help and support each other. I would say that Luxoft is one of the best organizations to work with. I really enjoy working with Luxoft.

Ever since I joined Luxoft, I have seen the "Employee first approach".

To start with I would like elaborate about the hiring process, there was high values of professionalism and swift process. After my shortlisting and offer was made to me, they has a unique "Buddy Program" in which a future teammate interacts with you and provides you insights about the role, company and gets you on board. Then comes the support on travel assistance, temporary accommodation and conveyance, all these helped me to shift cities individually.

The work ethics of the company are of highest standards and they really encourage participation in each every aspect.

What I really like in Luxoft is a great culture and the people that are driven and motivated, smart, and passionate. Managers and leaders are fantastic, the work ethic is something I've never experienced before. There are a lot of opportunities for career development. The company gives special value to the growth of workers at various levels, provides their participation in specialized training programs. The huge amount of extra activities such as English courses, sports activities, hand-made master classes, intellectual games, etc. I’m very impressed by the motivation programs for employees. Salary and work-life balance are absolutely amazing. You're able to work from home whenever you need. I highly recommend Luxoft to all my friends interested in IT.

Every project, team, account is different. Personally, I am completely satisfied with my 4-year career at Luxoft. Started as an intern and grew to senior Test Engineer. Based on my experience at Digital Enterprise account I would say:
+ Internship in Luxoft is a good opportunity to start your IT career. Internship is paid and career growth is quick.
+ Luxoft offers a lot of trainings and online courses.
+Additional services (good medical insurance, doctor visits office weekly, half-paid English courses, consultations on accounting documents, office buses to metro stations, suplly of coffee, milk, cookies etc.)
+ Business trips, internal mobility and relocation programs to other countries.

Dislikes
In such a big company there are usually less corporate events and it is more difficult to support global corporate culture and attract people to participate in different activities.

Joined Luxoft few months back and the work culture here is excellent and the organisation mainly client centric which is good in some ways.

The concept of Internal mobility is so cool and avail good opportunity for individual dreams

The lux library has good content for professional development with external library access.

Numerous training courses, opportunities for advancement, interesting tasks, good manager behavior

Luxoft provides entire teams to their customers. People are motivated and well trained for the job. They receive superb benefits, including top-tier private health care package. Main strength are scrum teams specialized in Java Development.
