Warranty claim
I purchased a vanity 12 months ago and the led lights had gone in the mirror I sent an email and received a response same day from Angelica as it was under warranty she had asked me to upload a short video outlining the issue and within 3 days had a replacement mirror delivered to my house cannot thank her enough the best experience I have ever had will definitely be buying my furniture from here in future.

Please be careful when purchasing from this company they delievered a broken table to me twice. Also the quality of the other items were in terrible condition with chips and paint marks. I've asked for a refund for the broken items and someone to take all the broken furniture only to get an ai chat to respond with no resolution. The offshore staff that manage the customer service email give 1 sentence replies with no resolution and the social media team dont reply to dms its only on google review or public forums and they say they are on it. When they havent been. I just want someone to call me back from that company or just refund me. Be really careful as this has been a 3 week process and no resolution. I will be reporting to ACCC so this doesn't happen to others in future

Good customer service
My experience with Luxo living has been good. They were very helpful when the delivery was not done as promised. The delivery wasn’t made and after a few calls, Don and Gil were helpful to sort everything out and send out our bunk beds. The bunk bed quality is amazing. We are so happy to have received the Sabbie bunk bed. Will definitely be purchasing again from them in future without any fear.

I ordered a bed frame on September…
I ordered a bed frame on September 19th. One of the parts arrived damaged, so I requested a refund. The company asked me to provide photos of the damaged item and a video showing everything — which I did.
At first, they insisted on sending a replacement. I eventually agreed, only to be told later that the replacement wasn’t actually available. Then they asked me to pack everything up so they could collect it before processing the refund.
I did my best to pack everything. They arranged a pickup in mid-October, but the delivery driver couldn’t fit the furniture into his small van and left. The following week, another driver came with a truck but refused to take the items because, according to him, they weren’t packed “properly.” After that, the company told me I needed to tape everything up again and print shipping labels to attach — which I couldn’t do. The items were heavy, and I didn’t feel it was fair that I had to buy packing materials and sort out printing when the issue wasn’t my fault to begin with.
At that point, they said they would process the refund before collection. That never happened.
Three months later, the same truck driver came back and finally picked everything up — just as they were, with no extra packing required after all. Yet, I still haven’t received a refund.
What I honestly don’t understand is how a company can operate like this. Three failed pickup attempts, constant emails and phone calls for three months, and the issue is still unresolved. I didn’t want to write this review, but the whole experience has been extremely stressful — not because of the money, but because of the amount of time and energy I’ve spent explaining myself over and over again, as if I did something wrong by ordering a bed frame from them.
This has caused me three months of unnecessary stress. I even told them I don’t want the refund anymore — just please stop emailing me. But unfortunately, even after that, the emails continued.

Delivery delayed without explanation, cannot talk to human but AI calls and emails , delivered wrong item and will not let me know when I am actually going to receive my furniture , just want to arrange pick up of the wrong delivered item, still waiting for my rug don’t think I will ever get it worst customer service ever
