Thank you Michelle !!

I mistakenly provided the wrong address for my delivery and by the time i realised this the couch was already in trasit out for delivery. I rang luxo living customer service but everyone i spoke to said it was too late and there was nothing they can do to reroute my delivery to the correct address. I kept calling the customer service until i got Michelle. She was polite, professional and went above and beyond to contact the delivery team and got them to reroute my delivery to thr correct address.
She showed what customer service wss all about and because of her i will be buying my furniture from Luxo. I think she deserves a raise

Purchased online

Purchased online, however the over the phone service from Hazel was extremely helpful and pleasant! Arranged pick up for us and gave very clear instructions making the process easy.

Great Custome Service-Genuine Care

I made a call immediately after I purchased a buffet sideboard. Charlotte picked up the call. She was polite, and sounded friendly from start to the end of the call, and a subsequent call she made to follow up.
The genuine care, prompt action, and follow-up call from her was an absolute pleasure.

When Customer Service Gets It Right – Thank You, Don

I want to take a moment to genuinely acknowledge Don from Luxo Living for his exceptional customer care.

Despite significant challenges on the ground, including time zone differences, distance, and ongoing issues with the Sydney warehouse, Don remained consistently supportive, compassionate, and kind throughout the entire process. None of these obstacles ever became an excuse for him; instead, he stayed engaged, patient, and committed to helping me reach a resolution.

At every point, Don communicated clearly, followed up diligently, and treated me with empathy and respect during what was a very stressful experience. His professionalism and calm approach made a difficult situation far more manageable.

While there were operational and fulfilment issues outside of his control, Don’s service stood out and deserves to be recognised. He is a true asset to the Luxo Living team.

Bunk bed from luxo

I ordered a bunk bed from luxo. The bunk bed arrived on time. I havent seen the bed assembled yet, as the assembly team will be doing that in a couple of days. The customer service, however, were very helpful and supportive. Miraflor continuously followed up via calls and emails and made sure everything arrived on time and that the assembly service was booked at a convenient time. I appreciate Miraflor's effort to follow up at such a busy time and be responsive. Thank you!
