Outstanding Customer Service
I received excellent customer service from Charlotte. She was professional and very helpful when I called this morning regarding an issue with my delivery. She even followed up with a call after contacting the courier, which I really appreciated. I’m grateful for her support and very happy with Luxo Living’s pricing, even though I haven’t received the product yet.
Horrible product good customer service
Gil who was my case manager was great, patient and very responsive. The chairs which were ordered from Luxoliving when sat on for 1 hour made indentations in the cushions which never sprung back into shape. It was a horrible process as Luxolivings policy was that, if the issue happened for the first time, I was only allowed a replacement, no exchanges for a different product or a refund. Why would Luxoliving think that sending the same chairs from the same manufacturers the second time be any better?
After wasting time and sitting on the chairs, showing photos and videos of the defect. We got replacements on the same chairs with the same issue, again we had to sit on them to prove that it was indented and didn't spring back into shape before finally getting a refund. The whole process took close to 4 months.. Wouldn't recommend

My experience was great thanks to the excellent customer service I received. Charlotte was extremely helpful, had a very positive attitude, and was very kind and understanding about my situation. She listened carefully to my problem and fixed the issue straight away. She handled my return of purchase perfectly between the 19th and 20th of December, which made the process stress free and easy.
Later on, Don assisted me on the 20th of December when I returned a missed call. He was welcoming, upbeat, and extremely professional, making the interaction pleasant and reassuring. He took the time to keep me informed with clear updates about the return process, including how long it would take for the refund to be processed back into my account. Both staff members demonstrated excellent service and made the overall experience very positive
