I am really amazed of how much I've learned in such a short period of three months.I started to apply in real life what I learned since the first week.
I enjoyed so much the interaction during our Live classroom and the network we could develop.
A real and honest appreciation to Dr Paul and the whole team who were very responsive each time I send a query ,either by email , or on the Fb page or the what's up group.
I will really miss the short videos of the courses I used to watch every week !

It was really an eye opener class for me, I did plenty of mistake during my job as a manager which now after attending these lectures I feel I could have avoided. It is small little things but we do not pay attention to.It helps me not only in my professional like but social too.

So thank you so so much for helping me to understand what a leader should be, how he should behave and how he should make the best out of any given situation.

From now on, I make sure that I will not repeat those mistakes which I did while leading my team.

During the classes with Dr Paul I ve rediscovered myself first as a person interracting with people, and second as a manager interracting with my colleagues from all levels.
It changed my perspective on managing styles, mistakes that I was doing without even knowing, improving the things i was doing good. The most important thing for me was to discover that ambition is not a bad thing and being driven and focused are my skills.
I ll definetely miss Mondays from now on, but my apetite for becoming a better leader will keep evolving.
