The drivers' made my experience great each time I used this service. I felt safe, at ease and each driver was very friendly. Very sad to hear that the van service is no longer running.

Punctual. Drivers very pleasant and helpful. This is my repeat booking for several years now. Booked return trip as well. Very reliable company.

Turned up on time our driver was polite accommodating with helping with my suitcase. Informed me up front in what was to happen in the course of my trip vehicle was well presented spacious. We swapped over in coromandal with another bus n driver that presented himself well and vehicle in same condition. There were plenty of opportunities for rest stops and we were delivered to the airport at the appropriate time.

International arrival was delayed to the point that we could not connect with last shuttle . We contacted LA shuttles for advice and were able to transfer our booking to the next morning at no cost and were picked up from our hotel at no extra cost. Good communication from both admin and driver. Van comfortable. Might be useful to have office cell phone or messenger contact as phoning from a busy / noisy overseas airport was a bit difficult.

Dear Sir/Madame,thank you for transporting me to & from Auckland international & Tauranga & back on my current visit to New Zealand.However unfortunately when I arrived through the arrivals gate on January 22nd despite having followed your instructions to the letter driver Graeme was not there to collect me,and was late by approximately 1 hr,then despite numerous attempts to call head office I kept being put on answer phone,this caused quite some anxiety to the start of my trip being in a foreign country and not knowing what was going on also Greame offered no apology at all for being so late,the return trip was much better but still 7 minutes or so late.Rob on the return trip was very kind helpful,thoughtful & concise in everything that he did he appolgisied
for the slight delay and he even dropped everyone off right by the international departures which was great,so was very pleased on the return trip. Best regards David.

The team helped get myself and my two boys to Auckland in time for our flight ✈️ our plane to Auckland had been cancelled so we needed to get there another way quickly. I think I’ll use this service the next time I need to get to Auckland.
