Friendly, helpful staff but very hard ride!
Your staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Great value for money.
The ride was very bumpy in our bus! I sat over the rear axle and felt every bump and dip in the roads, which jarred up through the seat. Perhaps the weight of luggage on the suspension?
Other experiences of transfers with trailers for luggage, was far better.
Would have liked a much softer suspension experience, was happy to get out at the end.
