I travel every year and would always arrange my flights and accommodation with you. I landed at my destination only to find out the transport car from the airport to my hotel was not there, which i had paid for. I contacted the company via email and expressed my disappointment and requested a refund as i had to pay for a taxi. I had several emails from various people back and forth, only to be told that apparently someone was there but unfortunately, i'm incapable of reading my own name and actually identifying a person that apparently was there, basically I was called a liar. I have sent several emails since returning from my holiday and nothing. No refund and no knowledgement what so ever. This is probably the worst customer service I have had. I don't think i will be arranging any of my future travel plans with you ever again.

Pooja was an amazing help from a start…
Pooja was an amazing help from a start to finish. I had to make a few amendments along the way and she was always patient and so helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
The holiday was perfect. The local agent was brilliant help.
I would highly recommend booking through Luxury Holidays and hope to book with them again in the future.

This is our 2nd year using luxury holidays, this year in particular we’ve had a fantastic service from Nilesh. Being quite fussy I went back and forth with different options on destinations and hotels but nothing was too much for Nilesh, he came back very quickly with options and very competitive pricing each time . I will definitely recommend using Nilesh/ luxury holidays as your agent if you want a great service!

Please note that whilst we apologise profusely for the mistake which your consultant made initially by booking the incorrect hotel, our reservation manager went out of her way and did everything she could to resolve this issue which we trust has come to a satisfactory conclusion. At no point did we refuse to rectify this issue. The reason it took longer than expected was because there were initial difficulties in obtaining the room type at the new hotel which you requested. Once this was resolved, we got back to you with a new price which you were happy to pay for and we have also sent you new travel documents accordingly. I have been booking with Luxury Holidays for over 20 years and this shows that I am extremely happy with the service and pricing that they always give. I almost always speak with Sol, who finds me the perfect locations, hotels and deals. I can safely say that we have not had any bad holidays with them. Sol is always at the other end of the phone and always happy to help. He goes over and beyond in selecting the perfect holiday for us, most recently booking the most luxurious break for my milestone birthday. It was one to remember! My wife and I have also recommended Luxury Holidays to many of our friends and family who have also taken advantage of their brilliant service and recommendations to various destinations on more than one occasion. Looking forward to booking more holidays with them!

Great Service at a Great Price
Excellent from calling and speaking to Bobby and Pooja - no dithering and delays - quick pricing and once agreed quick to address the paperwork - this was a last minute trip and needed all in place same day. Amazing - this is another booking made this year and never let us down and provided peace of mind. Always available to chat or communicate by email/text. Holiday was superb, so glad we went to Luxury Holidays. One point of call.

Best holiday destination and choice of accommodation. Presidential Suite Sun Syam Olhuveli
First the planning and choice of holiday was really helped by Pooja from Value Added Travel. She was so patient with us and we genuinely couldn’t have had a more suitable resort and accommodation.
We stayed at Sun Syam Olhuveli in the Maldives and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff were always Friendly, courteous and helpful. The company anticipated our every need, this meant it was the most stressfree holiday we ever had. I would definitely recommend all inclusive, we didn’t need to spend anything the whole holiday and used the cash we had changed for tipping staff at the end. I would recommend taking US dollars not Maldivian Ruhiya.
The marine life and wildlife is exquisite, we could see and swim with sharks, rays and beautiful fish from our room.
The activities and excursions included in our package were well organised and superb. We would go kayaking, paddle boarding most days. Our sunset cruise proved to be exciting as we saw loads of Spinner and Bottle nosed Dolphins.
I would highly recommend this resort and Value Added Travel Agency.

My initial contact with Luxury Holidays was a few years ago and there isn't another agent that I would use for my family and girls holidays! Pooja has been exceptional. Always going above and beyond trying to sort things for me when our holidays have changed last minute.
