Do Not Do Business with Luxury Living Direct!!!!

This company is absolutely dishonest and shady! My items never shipped. When I finally said that I was stopping payment and cancelling payment due to lack of response/correspondence, the funds were withdrawn and a notice of shipping was sent within 10 minutes! Of course, no tracking info was ever available. When I asked about my refund, I was told it would be returned to my card as soon as the item was returned to the warehouse- that it had already left the dock! I was then given a date by which the funds would be returned to my account. That date came and went. I was then informed by Ella that their account manager was unable to return the funds to my card and would mail me a check. She could not give me a date for this. The withdrawal was made from my account under the name 'Aspira.' When I called the number listed, a man answered and was caught off guard when I asked if this was Aspira. After a few seconds, he said, oh ya, I mean I'm part of that company. All very unprofessional and hokey! Over a month now and no sign of resolve! Do Not do business with Luxury Living Direct or Aspira!

I am beyond upset with this company and…

I am beyond upset with this company and the freight carriers they have contracted with. I bought a vanity on Jan. 28. The transport company called to make an appointment for delivery on 2/6. Then they called back and told me the shipper had suspended shipment. I called Luxury Living Direct and they told me they would resolve the problem. Their intermediary, Custom Companies (shipper), says Luxury Living Direct knows why they won't release my shipment.
Now Luxury Living won't take a call ("leave a message") or email me back. The customer service rep "Ella" has a "out of office" message. Are these people going bankrupt or what?

Meanwhile, my vanity sits on a truck in Houston and my 86 year old mother waits to move into a house.

Batheroom vanity is well made, and a year later still looks/ works great

Batheroom vanity is an excellent, well made product. It does not look cheap, is well made and After almost a year it is holding up beautifully; it does not scratch easily, has not faded and looks as good as new . Drawers open and close with no problem, and the faucet and drain function properly. I couldn’t be happier w product and price point.

I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5 because the customer service was not consistent. I had questions and Things were delayed, and there was no initiative to return a phone call. I kept having to leave messages and stay on top of them. When I finally did speak to someone though, they were knowledgeable and helpful.

Good buying experience

The faucets for the vanity we ordered were out of stock and they provided good communication and allowed us to pick an alternate faucet type. Overall good buying experience.

This company promised me a refund over…

This company promised me a refund over a year ago and has yet to follow through on their promise. I have contacted them numerous times via email and phone, with ZERO response from them. I issued complaints with the BBB and California Attorney General and they even refused to respond to them as well. I have documentation of being promised a refund by two employees of their company, yet nothing has been received. I am floored that a company of this size will refuse to respond to customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - they may have cheap prices, but you will pay for that if you ever have a problem with the merchandise. They are the worst company to deal with ever!!!! Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else

Bad Deal

I received a new vanity with marble top and inspected per the instructions. Went to install marble vanity top a month later and noticed that the top had a crack where holes were drilled for the faucet. This wasn't noticed on the initial inspection because someone tried to hide the crack with some putty. The company now states that because this was noticed after the delivery, they are no longer responsible. This was not a delivery issue and someone from the factory purposely tried to cover up the cracked marble. I sent pictures showing the crack with some filler in the crack to hide the crack. Bad overall experience.

Nice to find a dependable online…

Nice to find a dependable online company. I highly recommend Luxury Living Direct. They have excellent customer service, promptly returning emails and messages. I ordered a bathroom vanity set, which arrived on time and undamaged. When I realized that I had ordered the wrong size, they were happy to accept the return.

received 2 bath vanities as ordered with no damage. order was placed, shipped, and arrived with no issues. Would shop with this company again without hesitation.

Over two weeks later

Over two weeks later, I don't have my vanity top. The first arrived shattered. A replacement was sent pretty quickly, but it hasn't arrived yet. UPS didn't deliver on time, and tracking tells me the delivery date is unknowable. Only one of the 5-6 emails I've sent regarding this purchase has resulted in a reply. None of my phone messages have been returned. I would be reluctant to purchase from your company again

So far the experience has been a poor …

So far the experience has been a poor one. After paying for the vanity I ordered I never received the confirmation email they said they sent out. It also said delivery would take 3 business days. I called to get the confirmation a couple days later and it still wasnt shipped. We are on a time crunch because the crew is here finishing the bathroom and the vanity still has yet to arrive.

Great customer service despite missing parts

Calling customer service was easy, good experience. Their customer service representatives were knowledgeable and respectful, and actively tried to help solve my problems. One problem I had was missing parts in the bathroom vanity I bought, but Luxury Living Direct agreed to ship it to me separately.

Very good buying experience

Very good buying experience. Customer rep helped me buy a matching mirror to the vanity that was not shown on the web site as being available with the vanity without a top. Delivery went very smoothly. Received a call from the local shipper and was able to pick a day and timeframe for delivery. Shipper placed vanity and mirror in my garage with no additional charge and helped unpack and inspect vanity/mirror

Overall Happy with Purchase and Delivery

My vanity arrived within the allotted time and appeared to be in good condition. We took photos of the boxes upon delivery. We did not open it right away due to delay issues in our renovation process. When the time came to install the vanity everything looked good except the backsplash was broken in half. We were so glad the countertop was intact because the time limit for replacement/refund had expired. I simply went to a local home improvement store and purchased marble tile and had it cut and installed and it looks great. The vanity looks awesome, love the extra drawers.

Best part of my construction project

I’m very pleased with this vanity. It took less time than expected and arrived in perfect condition. The finish is very smooth and my contractor says it will out last us all. I got the grey and it is perfect and the measurements online were exact. From my online request, to the immediate call back, this purchase went as smooth as can be. Thank you

I truly love the vanity that came but …

I truly love the vanity that came but it showed up without faucets per what was supposed to come with it. The faucets showed up three weeks later after I had already had the vanity installed and spent $300 on additional faucets. While I love the vanity I was very disappointed in the shipment accuracy and timing.
