I love the product, prices and the company. They have always been helpful. We have had issues with damaged product but it sounds like this is typical, especially with the stone counter tops. I cannot fault them for that, its going to happen and it happens everywhere. They have also been easy to work with and happy to help. Keep up the good work!

Ordered the 55" double-vanity with faucets. The order was received on-time, however when it arrived, there was one incorrect part. I emailed Luxury Living Direct, they responded same-day with the tracking number for the correct part, as well as a shipping label to return the one that was initially mailed. In my view, exceptional customer service. I understand mistakes are made, and love buying from a company with great customer service and the ability to correct any issues that pop-up without burdening the customer. And not the least of all, the vanity looks amazing! Thanks!

Outstanding customer service. Beautiful product - 48" vanity, complete with tempered glass top, mirror & faucet. Exceptional value.

Delivery of vanity went well. We had a contractor install the vanity, plumb the sink sand hang the mirrors. Everything looked like the photos and looks great. Only issue we had was that the backsplashes that were delivered were 2 different thicknesses. One was 1/4” the other 1/2”. We ended up using leftover tile for a backsplash instead of dealing with waiting for returns since our contractor was ready to install.

Product received as advertised. We were impressed with the way it was packed so as to not be damaged in transit. We found it to be a very high quality product and are very pleased with it. Very well constructed.

This compact la a Sam. The took 679 dollars from me for a vanity which I never received. I am still trying to get my money back. You guys think it's over. Look out for a Better Business Bureau complaint. Bunch of thieves!

No vital return calls made in a timely manner.

They were great! Extremely good prices, great selection, customer service was friendly and helpful, and overall, great experience. The product we purchased we really loved as well, and the shipping was exceptionally fast!

Experience was excellent, cost was reasonable. The only hitch was, they only shipped one of two pieces. They quickly sent the 2nd piece within 3 days of when I contacted them.

I can't be happier with this new vanity. The quality is excellent, everything is included & well packaged. The shipping from the West to Ohio arrived on time & the company communicated shipment information well. Service is easily accessible & friendly. The photo & catalogue info is accurate & the price is right. Perfect!

I had trouble getting the counter top to me without it being cracked. They sent two that cracked and then sent the third with a different carrier and that one was perfect. Didn't like the inconvenience but was very pleased that they did whatever it took to fulfill their obligation. The fixtures and cabinet are beautiful as is the countertop....now. great job if only the carriers handled it with a little more care.

Great prices and selection. We bought two bathroom vanties and both are great quality. Delivery is included in price and quick. I have recommended LuxuryLiving to a few friends looking for new vanities. If I ever need to do our third bathroom I will be purchasing from LuxuryLiving.
