1 star is even too good for this…

1 star is even too good for this company, ordered a large wall mirror like 3 months ago was promised many delivery dates it never came they started ignoring me then said I could collect then when I went to set off and asked for address they ignored me, even tried getting more money out of me for delivery which was already included they even rang me trying to reassure me and apologising then continued with broken promises I asked for a refund they said they was guna n it never got sent now they’re just fully ignoring me, clearly a scam as they have done it to many other people they need stopping it’s absolutely disgusting. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!

SCAM

Ordered & paid for a bed on 28th May which has not arrived. The customer service team advised me of several different delivery dates and I'm still waiting...

When I explained my frustration, Caitlin the lady chatting to me via Instagram became very rude and argumentative. She said she would arrange for her boss to ring me to explain, this was on Saturday 15th June... well, I am still waiting for her to call! I have tried to call them via Instagram and the number they provided me with and they won't answer.

Had to go via my bank to obtain a full refund.

Stay well clear!!
