Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on 19th February. I have not received any delivery info or replies to my emails asking for information and then requests to cancel this order. No one answers the phone. They have stolen over £100 from me.

DONOT ORDER

Placed an order on 26th February had no updates or replies to emails. Cancelled order on 3rd March and still no reply or refund from this company, so one can only assume they are either in financial difficulty or are due to cease trading in the near future as the ignorance and no replies can only be due to the above. DONOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a floor lamp a few weeks ago

Ordered a floor lamp a few weeks ago. No email to say when delivery will be. It is impossible to get in contact with this company. They do not answer call. It just rings then they hang up. No response to emails. Passed to trading standards. Very poor customer service.

No answer

I made a purchase on 02/09, and the website showed me the delivery date for 02/17. Not receiving the item, I decided to get in touch to find out when my items will be delivered. I have already sent 3 emails, called 5 times, message on Instagram, Facebook and twitter and no response. I hope through here that they give me some answer. I'm really scared of the store's lack of attention to customers.

Absolutely zero communications

I ordered a coffee table and when it arrived instantly realised it looked very different than the picture. There was no returns paperwork in the box, so when looking on the website it said to email them for any questions

I am now nearly 2 months, 5 emails, 4 calls, Instagram messages down, and no response. I eventually found a returns portal on their website which now says the item has expired because it has been so long. Absolutely furious to have not even had a response to point me in the direction

Do not use them!

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. PLEASE do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a TV unit from their website which firstly took ages to be shipped out to me. There is no tracking/shipping info provided throughout the process once you’ve ordered and no communication from customer service so you are left in limbo hoping it’ll arrive. My order eventually ended up being delivered but is extremely damaged (not damaged during shipping). I have now been going around in circles chasing my tail trying to get hold of someone to return it but it’s now been 3 days and I’m yet to get anywhere with returning the item and getting my money back. All of the contact information on their website is dud - the phone just rings out without anyone ever picking up (it’s also a mobile number rather than a landline which is quite alarming in itself) and no one ever responds to emails. Will be taking the matter further if they continue to ignore me. Don’t waste your time or money, go to a reputable brand to buy yours goods!

Needed to go to my card holder for my money

Order a floor lamp July they said it was not available and they had refunded my money this is not true my credit card company is dealing with it now and I hope they have got the money back I found the hole experience very stressful I've never had problems with any company before avoid this company

No communication, AVOID !!

Ordered a bed over a week ago and it has still not been dispatched even though the website states ‘high stock’ and had an estimated delivery date of 4 days after the order.

I have tried to use the contact form on their website, email, phone, Facebook message and Twitter message to contact this company in order to get an update on my delivery but have had no response. Their phone line just gives the same automated message about them being really busy and then just cuts you off. I notice that the dial tone is definitely not a British one (presumably American) even though the customer service number starts with 07.

I really wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering as I would have definitely gone elsewhere. The bed is for my 2 year old daughter and since we sold her cot at the end of last week expecting to new bed to be here, she now has no proper bed to sleep in.

I would not recommend shopping here at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT All...

I would not recommend buy from this company at all.
Purchased goods of 534.98 online The two side tables were fine however the 6 draw chest drawers were clearly damaged. (cracked down the middle). This damage was created by manufacturer or damaged in transit or via courier who delivered. Either way upon opening it was clearly DAMAGED. sent pictures. Luxury co sent me one email stating if I had saw that it was mishandling by courier I should not have accepted the packing. I informed luxuryloft that I did not take in the delivery my builder did and did only commented that courier was a bit rough on handling the item but we cannot confirm if he is the main cause. Explained the reason why I waited a week for the fitter to open the item was because it was a large heavy item and that I was not capable of opening as I was too unwell myself.

Luxuryloftco stated that they would ask I third party for replacement never got any reply from a third party. however I noticed that middle company detail on item stating that if goods are damaged to call them which I did. And they stated that it could take 3 to 4 week plus as item would have to co e from Germany. I requested a refund luxuryloft & Co just for the six chester drawers. I emailed them several times for a refund . No RESPONSE .. I have informed them that I am entitled to refund under the consumer rights ACT 2015 due to damaged /faulty good and I have requested a refund within time frame Again NO Response. You can never get these person on the phone. . This company are quick to take your hard earned money but do not wish to give back... I will be taking the matter LEGALLY and To TRADING STANDARDS either way I will get my MONEY BACK

I do not recommend shopping here

I do not recommend shopping here. I ordered a set of drawers which said would be delivered the following week. I then was sent an automatically generated email which said the order would be delayed by weeks to which I asked for clarification on this with a response email. 22 hours later with no response I was then sent another automatically generated email which said my order was cancelled. I was not asked if I would like to cancel my order or wait the number of weeks for delivery which I found to be quite unsatisfactory service.

- Content has been posted with the intention of not only seriously causing harm to our company, customers, and staff but also with the intent of misleading Trustpilot users and the general public as a whole.
- Content indicates that this biased and inaccurate review may be left by a group or individual who has a close association with, works for or is affiliated with a competitor of our business.
- This same individual left us a false review on a different review platform claiming to have placed an order and not have heard anything for weeks and not have been given a refund amongst other false claims. This fake review was removed by the relevant authorities for having false content posted with intent to cause harm to our reputation, did not reflect a genuine experience, and intended to harm and mislead consumers.

“Thank you for amending your original review to represent a view of your genuine experience that is not entirely falsely fabricated and defamatory in nature to represent a more meaningful contribution to consumers like yourself who rely on feedback from current and past customers to make more informed shopping decisions.

We were very shocked and quite confused when we first received your review stating that you had ”no contact for days“, and that “your order was cancelled with no explanation or refund” as these statements represented events that never occurred.

We do understand that the circumstances surrounding the cancellation of your order may have been stressful and might have had an influence on the inaccurate information you had provided in your review.

We greatly appreciate that you took the time to share your thoughts with us and the community. We would also like to take this opportunity to clarify the events that have occurred.

As you are aware, your order was placed just 1 day (5th of May) before your review was posted and correspondence from Luxury Loft Co. regarding your order was immediate on the same day (5th of May) and the next day, the 6th of May.

You shared that after placing your order, you were informed that there would be a delay in the delivery of your order, this is correct. As shared with you at the time of purchase on the product page, our stock levels change rapidly and all stock and delivery timeframes are approximate. In the few instances the estimated delivery timeline on our website can not be met, we reach out to the customer and inform them of this as well as offer them the option to wait for the delivery or exchange their item for one in stock for immediate delivery.

Our team reached out to you on the day of your order being placed with the above options and received your response at the end of the business day. In your response, you did not express interest in any of the above options as you wanted immediate delivery of the item in your order. Unfortunately, this could not be accommodated as our manufacturer has been impacted by the supply scarcity issues affecting most of the furniture industry.

As your response was received at the end of the business day, our team responded to your response today (the very next business day). We are aware you have been corresponding with Martin about your order and its cancellation prior to and after the cancellation of your order and the formal order cancellation email being received.

As Martin communicated, it is not in our business practice to hold funds from customers for orders with unknown delivery dates. Payment was never captured for your order and to authorise the release of the funds back into your account, your order needed to be cancelled. You received a full refund of your cancelled order within one business day of your order being placed and then cancelled.”

Redfire Fireplace - Jersey XL by Vida

While ordering a Vida XL Firepit I opted into the Newsletter as I understood that I would receive £15 off my first order. The £15 was not deducted from my order but when I received my order confirmation email... there was also another email asking me to Verify my email address for subscription to the newsletter. I queried this with Luxury Loft co. and asked why I was unable to receive the "1st Order" discount but I received no response. When the Fireplace arrived the packaging was damaged and there was a dent in the front of the Fireplace. I have contacted LLC by email regarding the damage and I have included photographs. This was almost 3 weeks ago and I have had No Response. I have also messaged them on Twitter asking for a response to both my emails but to date I have had no reply. Consequently I am really not impressed with their complete lack of after sales service... or the condition of the item I have purchased.
REVIEW UPDATED - following receipt of an email response from LLC.
Apparently the discount on first order is only available on purchases over £250.... and I hadn't spotted this.
I have accepted LLC's offer of a £15 refund in relation to the damage caused in transit.

Helpful service

Luxury Loft Co offered a great service - they were very helpful with my enquiries ahead of purchase and once I placed my order, delivery was clearly communicated and arrived on time as advised. No issues with the packaging and I am really pleased with the product which is beautiful. Will definitely use again!

Not a great experience

Ordered a side table in June and heard nothing for over a month. Shipping information appeared incorrect from the outset and had to contact customer services, which earned a response from Maria saying their courier would be in touch. Two weeks later and still nothing, then the main contact email address was shut down when we emailed to cancel the order. Started the process of claiming money back through the bank and wrote this review, was refunded within a couple of hours. Was contacted by Lilly to say email server was down and they had tried to refund, and it was essentially my fault because I had somehow opted out of direct contact with them. Not a great way to deal with the situation from a customer’s perspective but at least the refund was processed quickly. Can’t comment on quality of goods but a difficult process for what should have been a simple transaction.

I placed a order 3 days ago and have had no response from them or a email verification for my order, I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company to see what’s happening, but not yet had a response from them. My order is almost £700 and this is very concerning
I had to log onto the website to see my order and it’s not progressing any! This is very worrying

We were incredibly sorry when we learned that you experienced difficulty in following along with the status of your order placed with us on 13th July 2021, and missed our multiple correspondence attempts in the following days regarding your order. We were surprised to read your statement that you did not receive confirmation of your order but had provided to Trustpilot a copy of your order confirmation email as well as the order number provided in your confirmation email.

Our team did receive your multiple calls, emails, and messages sent via social media in the 12 hours prior to your review being shared here. Our typical response time is 1 business day, so please bear in mind that we cannot always respond to messages within a few hours of receiving them, especially when a large number of messages regarding an order were sent to us outside of business hours.

In our response to all of your messages, we confirmed that we had indeed reached out to you three times after the order confirmation was sent and was awaiting a response on how you would like to proceed with your order as your order included an item that was on backorder as shown on its product page.

Due to the item’s backorder status, we offered the following options:

1. Exchange the sideboard for an alternative in-stock sideboard
2. Cancel your order and receive a refund in full
3. Confirm that you were happy to wait for the later delivery time of the original sideboard in your order

When we received your review on 16th July 2021, it was of great concern to us as we were very shocked as this is not how our company operates at all!

We immediately reached out to you as it looked like something seemed to have gone wrong and we wanted to apologise to you and make things right. We re-shared with you on 16th July all of our previous correspondence sent from 13th July to 15th July on your item’s backorder status as the only messages we received from you expressed that you expected the sideboard in your order to be delivered within 3 days and requested the tracking information.

On the afternoon of Saturday, 17th July, you confirmed to us that you were happy to proceed with one of the alternative sideboards that we had offered (Argenti Mirrored Sideboard Cabinet in Silver Leaf) and wanted delivery for this by or on Monday, 19th July.

Our team really wanted to make this happen for you despite the incredibly tight deadline and arranged for expedited delivery with our specialist large and fragile item courier. As soon as we processed your order for your newly selected sideboard and booked this with the courier, we confirmed to you that very same day, 17th July, that the courier would be delivering your order on Monday, 19th July, and shared the contact details for the delivery.

We also shared that as a gesture of goodwill, the cost for the difference in price between the alternate sideboard chosen and your original item and the cost for the expedited delivery with our specialist furniture courier would be covered in full by us.

On the day of delivery, Monday 19th July, our staff received correspondence from you sharing that you no longer wanted the Argenti Sideboard and now wanted to cancel your order as well as its delivery that day. You informed us that the reason for cancelling your order was due to the realisation that the alternative sideboard you selected would not be a good fit for your space and you would require a sideboard that is 160cm wide.

Despite your order being out for delivery, our team sprung into action and cancelled your order, its delivery, and processed a refund in full for you that very same day and did not deduct from your refund the wasted delivery charge or apply a change of mind fee which would normally be applicable to a scenario like this one.

We understand that on this occasion your shopping experience was not as seamless as expected and welcome any additional feedback you may have which would help us improve the service we provide.
