Terrible service
Terrible service - Beware next day service does not exist!
Spent near £100 on a paint, picked the larger tub to get free next day delivery which did not arrive next day.
In the evening of the expected delivery date, I emailed asking to cancel the order as it didn't arrive on time and I needed it to finish a project.
I ordered online to save some time and effort, however had to then order from a DIY store and go pick it up.
I received an email back saying they will not cancel or refund the order, although they did not fulfill their commitments. They replied with a screenshot saying next day delivery is on top of their standard 1-3 working days so doesn't seem to exist.
Their website does state absolutely no refunds, even if the paint is wrong!
I wouldn't order from here to avoided disappointment ! Stick to larger stores better equipped and less likely to money pinch.

Wish I’d read the reviews below before dealing with them. My story: ordered £300 worth of bog-standard Farrow and Ball primer for next day delivery. Bank was already suspicious and tried to block the first payment to them – stupidly I trusted this company and over-rode it. When the company said I wouldn’t get my paint for 2 days despite claiming next day delivery, I bought the same direct from Farrow and Ball (which arrived sooner despite ordering it later) and cancelled the one from Luxury Paints. Was told by Luxury Paints that I cannot cancel the order as it had been shipped (it hadn’t). Was then told it could not be cancelled as it had already been mixed (this is for standard F&B primer? And in any case, it hadn’t). They then told me they don’t do refunds, even though Farrow and Ball do for the exact same product. To make matters worse, after the phone call had ended the customer service lady thought she’d hung up but hadn’t, and I could hear her on the other end laughing with her colleagues that she’d fobbed me off by “just telling me it had already been mixed”. When I rang back to say what I’d heard I was accused of being a liar, rude and confrontational, and seeking “special treatment”. I rang Farrow and Ball who advised me to ring my bank and report what had happened. Luckily, my bank got there in time and I didn’t lose the money. Thought that would be the end of it. It wasn’t. I then got a series of emails from people at this company, as well as other companies that I’ve never heard of (‘Distinctive Makers’ whoever they are?) filled with personal accusations, threats of legal action, harassment and intimidation. We're expectant parents trying to paint a new nursery – we don’t need this. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favour – avoid these guys like the plague.

Paints arrived quickly and well packaged. Missing item dealt with promptly and arrived next day. Person on the phone was very helpful, sorted the issue and messaged me back, so no hanging on the phone.

I did not receive the expensive pot of paint I ordered from this company.
I was told to expect delivery delays, so, being reasonable, I waited 10 days to chase up the delivery, which I now regret. After a series of many emails over a number of weeks I was told curtly it was now too late to do anything, and the matter was closed. I am left out of pocket and with no paint which is pretty disgusting really.
I only worked out they believed the paint had been delivered when I got an email asking me to review them! There was absolutely NO other communication about the delivery, expected delivery date etc.
If you must use this unscrupulous company, be ABSOLUTELY sure to chase up non deliveries within 3 days of the expected delivery date (make sure you have that date CONFIRMED in writing), or else you will risk being seriously out of pocket.

The paint I purchased in the color…
The paint I purchased in the color “Plum Tree” from Mylands seemed to be very old. Compared to the one I bought directly from Mylands after purchasing from your store, the paint was noticeably thicker, had many lumps, and was difficult to apply. If you are handling old batches, you should either state this clearly in the product description or offer a discount. I don’t think this is fair to consumers.

Sent Wrong Paint Refused to Replace
Very poor customer service, I was sent the wrong paint, correctly labeled as F&B Drawing room blue. I ordered 2 cans one was correct one was a completely different colour. I checked my initial order all was correct, the labelling was correct.
I contacted luxury paints and they asked me for evidence, photos of the paint, the other paint, the labels, etc. They then asked me for proof of a previous order directly from Farrow and Ball for the same colour, I didn't see why they needed proof of an order which has nothing to do with them? But I complied and sent the order details. This all took a few weeks so I ended up ordering more from another company as I needed to finish the room. They came back to me and said their website says no refunds, the paint had been correctly mixed and they hadn't had any other issues. They had obviously mixed the wrong colour and sent that or possibly labeled another paint incorrectly and sent that. So over £100 plus delivery wasted. I pointed out a policy of no refunds could only be when they actually send the correct product it doesn't cover them for spending the wrong paint or not sending it at all.
Can see there are several poor reviews for poor customer service, if you want the paint you ordered better to avoid and go direct to the paint supplier!

Genuine error with delivery
Genuine error with delivery. Have you over a barrel as can't get refund as mixed on site, which I didn't realise as it was Farrow & Ball. So had to pay the £7.50 delivery which I thought was free.
Should have gone to Farrow & Ball as cheaper paint and free delivery.
Thought Luxury Paints would have had better customer service.
