Quick delivery
Efficient overnight delivery of the Farrow and Ball paint I needed. It wasn't available in the colour and finish I wanted at local DIY stores, so was glad to find the Luxury Paints website. Didn't have to keep the decorator waiting!

I ordered paint worth over £300 on a…
I ordered paint worth over £300 on a thursday before the 12pm cut off time. Patiently waiting.. and fast forward 5 days the paint is still yet to arrive. The staff can tell me the paints been dispatched but yet cant give me a tracking number. They have said they will TRY and refund the amount but according to their site, deliveries are beyond their control. I will never order from them again and will advise to think carefully before placing an order.

Sample pots mix up
Ordered two different sample pots which arrived promptly however two of one colour! I’ve called and was told I they would send the missing one. Not received anything and already finished my painting project - without paint from here…. Shame

We are still awaiting delivery of paint…
We are still awaiting delivery of paint ordered 2 weeks ago and supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. Decorator been and gone and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order! Not good and won’t use them again.
