These were delivered exactly as Luxus said they would be. The chairs are really good quality, much better than some others I have. I’ll buy some more when I can afford it.

Arrived in good order

Came on time. Lovely people put the set together for me. Really good quality and doesn’t blow around garden when really windy. Love this garden furniture set.

I’m absolutely delighted with my garden table and chairs from Luxus. Beautifully made furniture, superb quality, fast delivery and well packaged. The delivery company Luxus use are very efficient and courteous, keeping me informed via several text messages of the time they would be arriving and any delays on the way. I will be ordering more furniture from Luxus as a gift to my parents as they have been admiring the garden table and chairs I have just bought. Great company, I would highly recommend them and their products.

Very pleased with the quality of the garden furniture (2 sunloungers, table, 6 chairs) and good value for money. Dropped one star as the first 2 sunloungers were damaged and the delivery guys took them straight back. Luxus sent 2 new ones 2 days later so very little inconvenience

The furniture exceeded our expectations. It is great quality and is perfect for our garden. The delivery company were professional. We would recommend the furniture and the care kit.

The table/chairs are very good quality.
This was let down by the delivery team who were poor: they came without tools (they asked to borrow some) & built the table the wrong way round under a long pergola… we had to move it round ourselves (it’s very heavy). Common sense should have told them a long table goes long ways under a long pergola - not sticking out each side in the middle.

1st order and delivery was good and fast. Second was a long time between order and delivery.

It was a first rate produc, but the reason I have given only an average rating was that, as delivered, it was unusable. The canopy is held on the pole by the insertion of a pin though a pre-bored hole in the pole. In fact, there were several of those holes. The problem was that none of them fitted. By that I mean that they were all too high for the canopy to be raised high enough to insert the pin!

I therefore had to pay a carpenter to come in and drill some more hole. That cost me (inc VAT) £75,

Well put together items - albeit with inaccurate colour indication for cushions on exterior of packaging (correct ones were in the box)
Over priced teak oil suggested as accessory - better value stocks easily available via " net " - but overall we are very pleased with the quality of these items and anticipate a long usage of same.

Great product, even better customer service

Excellent - furniture solid and well made. Exactly what we wanted and worth paying for the assembly at home. We felt it was well worth the price, but only thing we were not so impressed with was the cushions - these were uncomfortable and when they got caught in rain, all of them stained. Prefer to buy furniture without and source separately.

Fast delivery to get the patio dining set to us before Easter, even though I left it late to order.
