This company is bogus. I got charged and no items at all delivered.

I never got my order deliverd ,this is a scam site

I haven't received my juicer that I ordered last month at the beginning of July. I have emailed and tried to figure out where my juicer is. Coming to reviews I now know that the little plastic package with the little white piece of tissue paper or surgical gauze in it was suppose to be my juicer! This is bs and fraudulent behavior. I asked for a re fund and on my shipping status it stills says waiting to be shipped!!!! I am completely tired of these overseas companies scamming us! I give it 1 star because the app wouldn't let me write without it..but they get none from me!!

Ordered a fan, received a piece of towelling in the post....scam company advertising on instagram

I put in the order to receive this fan and I received in a UPS piece of plastic small 5 x 7 package a piece of white cloth like paper towel. This is totally unacceptable and very fraudulent do not buy from this company. This is not a real company please hear what I say. This is a fraudulent company. It has a International site to debit a small amount off of your account and then it removes the other part of the money, please do not purchase from this company.

It is a scam, I ordered this in July 2025 and I have emailed them asking why i have not received my item. No response either.
Currently liaising with my bank to recouperate my money back.

Waited 4 weeeks for my cold blast fan to arrive and I received a white cloth. Looks like a compress bandage. From China :-) why bother sending anything I Wonder.

Im giving 1 star because there isn't a 0 star. Anyone looking to buy these juicers..please go to Amazon...DO NOT BUY FROM LUXVALU..its a SCAM..I received 1 small square piece of material which the Royal Mail postman pushed through my letterbox this morning....I'm so vex that these scam artists can get away with this..Im praying that they are caught and imprisoned very very soon...wicked wicked whoever they are

I don’t even think it is worthy to give one star. The company is a scam! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a juicer from them! I got a tracking number and it was posted in Shop. any communication and when I emailed asking when I would receive my order the site is no longer available and the item is no longer showing in the shop app!!!!

they just scammed me, just today i started wondering why i have not gotten it, then checking here and am seeing others they had scammed before me, they should be stopped and very fast too

This LUXVALU SHOULD BE BLOCKED ON ALL SITES!! STEALING PEOPLES MONEY! PAID FOR THE JUICER, AMOUNT PAID $62,GOT SENT A TRACKING NUMBER AND ITS BEEN WEEKS AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED!! I TRIED TRACKING, THE SITE IS NO MORE AVAILABLE. IM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO FACEBOOK AND IG. THIS IS RIDICULOUS WRONG 😡

I ordered a cold press juicer on July 7th 2025. Recieved a tracking number for the juicer. I have tracked over and over again, saying link no longer available. This is not fair at all. I have emailed also several times no reply.
People pls stop buying from them they are scammers. God will catch you all in sha Allah. My had earned money, you can't go Scot free, I trust my God.

They are scammers, placed an order since July 18th never received it. Emailed them never got any got any response. Whosoever is behind this SCAM company will lose something bigger and greater than what they stole from me and others, as far as I work hard for my money they will lose something they will never recover from.

Please put ab alert on the company this is so unfair. No STAR IS NECESSARY. ITS A SCAM STULL WAITING ON MY JUICER, THIS IS CRIMINAL AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND WHOMEVER IT IS, SHOULD RECEIVE MAXIMUM GREAT PENALTY.

I sent them an email and no response
They are scammers nobody should order from them
