They are Genuine and Great! I promise

I was so worried that this was not a genuine company in the U.K especially when I couldn’t get an answer from the mobile number. But 100% genuine and very helpful. Items are beautiful, my product was incorrect unfortunately but they were quick to resolve with several options open to me. Would definitely use again. Zara was brilliant. Apparently they don’t always get a good signal if they are in the warehouse when you call, but if you leave a message they respond very promptly. Don’t worry they are good!

10/10 Customer service and Quality

10/10 Customer service, the lovely lady on the phone was very happy to answer all my questions, and when I received my orders I was VERY excited. The quality is better than I thought. I am now waiting for the dinner set to go back in stock so I can buy another one!

Non-existant Customer Service

Luxware's courier (Evri) delivered to the wrong address and were unable to recover the parcel. They told me to contact Luxware for a refund. The problem is that Luxware's customer service is non-existant. They don't answer the phone and don't reply to emails, therefore I have not been able to obtain a refund. I've been charged for something I don't have.

20/12/2022 Update: The day after posting the above review I received an emails from PayPal and Luxware saying I would receive a refund.

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. Ordered an item - waited two weeks, but heard nothing. After two emails to the customer service email address, I eventually received an automated order cancellation email (no explanation or apology). Does anybody work here or is it a company run by robots? Avoid.

Huge selection of lovely housey things

Huge selection of lovely housey things. Really easy to navigate website with good photographs, good descriptions and exact dimensions.
I was also impressed with the quick dispatch and careful packing of my order.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I have an issue with the Teapot Set that I bought from the internet on October 16, 2022 (Order #5343). The lid of teapot cracked at the stove while making tea.

I have sent two emails and requested on your website, also, I have tried to chat with someone on their website. However, there is nothing back to me.
I am totally sure to say that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this company. Because no one is back in 2 weeks.

I have been using Korkmaz teapot for years in Turkey, but I did not have any problems. Frankly, I did not expect to encounter such a problem in a month.
