Quality of product is poor. Arrived with a defect. Attempted to contact company several times via email instagram and mobile number. Mobile goes to voicemail. No response. Stay well clear of this company. Scam.

Smells like a tire, does not fit true to size. This company does not accept returns or exchanges. They only allow you to return for store credit which does you no good if you don’t like the product, and you have to pay to ship it back and then pay to have a new item shipped. There is literally nothing on their website I would buy. What a waste of money.

OMG This item has latex and I'm deathly allergic.
There's nothing on site that says whats in the fabric. Lesson Learned!! I followed the sizing to the tee. I received my waist trainer. Great quality but too little. Customer service or the owner, said send it back, if iT meets our standards as far as unworn will issue store credit. I'll have to pay shipping back and shipping back to me for the correct size. This is poor service. I wish I had checked the reviews first. So dissappointing that the owner knows folks will complain that her policy says NO shipping credit NO refunds.

They sent my order to the wrong address despite me entering the correct address and my address appearing correctly in the confirmation email.
I called the post office too and they confirmed the address on the package was incorrect and there was nothing they can do about it.
Luxx has not responded to my email regarding my issue.

Got their #1 waist trainer, first impression is it took absolutely nothing off my waist when putting it on, when apparently it should immediately take around 2 inches off when just wearing it. Waist was 26 inches without and with.

Over a month on wearing it every day following guidelines, dieting and working out, not a single inch off my waist. So the trainer does nothing. That’s all there is to it

What a waste of money! First off, the website looks like it was thrown together by a 5th grader, and the shipping is the slowest I have ever seen. I ordered over 100.00 worth of products and over a month and cant even track the package. When I do, it comes up as "suspicious activity." This company needs to shut down!

I followed the size chart exactly as instructed and this waist trainer is awful!! It pushed all my soft tissue up over the top of it and looked like I had a waterfall of fat over the top of it. Waste of my money!!

Exchange process was easy. You have to reach out to them and they will help. You have to pay shipping both ways. Items are around 80$ and having to pay for shipping/Return is a bummer.

This is the worst waist trainer do not waist your money because you will not get your money back. They sent me wrong size, this waist trainers are bad material and will irritate your skin.

Don't purchase from this company. Their customer service is the worst. Late responses to email and calls. No refunds to you only store credit or exchange. I will never recommend this company and I will tell all my friends the same.

I order back on May 2022, returned no exchange recieved. Requested refund sill no refund now Nov 2022.
Lots of emails and apologies for company saying exchange item sent or refund sent in Sept. Total lies and they are a scam.
Stay away from this company especially if you live in Europe

Wish I had seen this page prior to making a purchase and am making this review as I want to protect others. I purchased an item in two sizes to see what fit better. I was a bit surprised that despite following their guidelines nothing even went over my thighs. I compared both sizes and they were exactly the same, one did not appear materially bigger than the other. This caused me to think the quality of manufacture was poor.

Also when described as ‘easy to go to the toilet in’ I assumed a popper style situation but actually it’s…like two small overlapped pieces of fabric which can be pulled apart. I think this seems highly unhygienic, I mean the possible hole is so small you would likely get urine all over yourself.

I tried returning the items to get my money back; I chased and chased every possible way, I got one response saying that they could not be responsible if I was not at home to receive the item. This was very odd as I had explained I had the items and the issue was size and quality. There was also proof of delivery from the courrier they used. Clearly the company don’t care what you say to them, and they seek to blame other sources even when you plainly explain you have the items. I repeatedly asked for a return address so they could fairly have the items back and was just ignored.

I had to start a credit card dispute, which was upheld, to claim my money back. I now have two completely over priced and useless Spanx from this company I can’t wear.

Save yourself the time and avoid this company; they are not ethical and have no intention of behaving in a professional manner.

As an aside, I got the Spanx with the corset with teeth and couldn’t wear them as the ‘teeth’ could be seen through the clothing. It was also a Genuinely very study layered piece of clothing (my wedding dress which was bodiced) also so I was quite surprised.

I would give 0 Stars if I could!! They sent me the wrong size so I paid shopping to send it back for an exchange of the right size. It had been over 3 weeks and they will not respond or send me my exchange. Very frustrating and I will never buy from this company again. I believe this company is scamming people!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. It's outrageous that I had to pay to exchange sizes. What company does that these days? I can see paying to return something, but not to exchange it. And then, you only get a store credit for the item you exchanged. No refund. I don't want anything else from this store. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. Run.

Complete waste of money. Far too small but I ordered according to my measurements. I have now tried to return which has not been accepted. There is no refund I only had the option of store credit. Had I known this when I ordered I would not have ordered product. Not as advertised. Very disappointing. Order number LUXX142423

Poor quality metal bones inside the waist trainers. Even though the trainer itself is Good material and stitching, the bones break in no time and they don't send replacements or respond to customers. They are absent and you can't contact them. Do not waste your money. I'm trying another company now. This was a horrible experience. Lucky I used PayPal to get my money back after they didn't respond to PayPal either

Don’t even bother contacting customer service, they suck ! You will NOT hear from them . I’ve been Waist training for a year and this is by far the worst. You’re better off getting your waist trainer off of Amazon

Total scam. Do not buy. Sizes are all off.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Buyer beware! It's easy to spend money and get your product from this company but additional support afterwards is a nightmare!! Contacted them via email to exchange a waist trainer and it took several days to get an approval to move forward with sending back the return. I sent the item back as requested along with tracking and that was on April 1st. It's now May 31st and I have yet to hear back from Luxx. I also created a ticket to start an investigation but when I go to check the status I receive an "invalid link" message. I have no other option to contact them. I WILL NEVER do business with this company again!

The worse material I have ever worn. I got severe allergic reactions as soon as I put it on. Beware of their return policy. If you use or cut tags, you cannot return them. Make sure you take some pictures of waist trainers that you are returning. They will use every possible dirty trick not to refund you.
