This waist trainer is a WASTE of money!!! It is difficult to get the right size by the measurements provided, and an even more difficult process to return the product. It takes a week or two to get an email approval code. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Additionally, you have to pay the shipping cost. Once the exchange product was received, I was able to get it on but it is too hard to keep the hooks connected while putting it on!!! Awful product!!! So I have just given up...it will just be sitting on the shelf. Costly lesson. Not recommended.

They blatently stole my money. I watched all their stupid videos and did everything they said to do including writing in to get size advice. The advice they gave didn't seem right so I went up a size from what they told me to get. I also purchased additional hooks. Even with SIX additional rows of hooks I cannot wear the corset AT ALL. It literally only covers the back half of my body and barely even comes to my sides so it is obviously impossible to stretch enough to cover the front half of my body in order to close it. I reached out to them FIVE TIMES across two different platforms and they still won't respond except once to LIE and claim they couldn't get emails for 2 weeks. Now I'm out $106, have no useable corset, and they got to keep my money. Don't trust this company! They are thieves who won't even honor their own return/exhange policy!

Purchase one . At payment I found I payed for 2 because there was an advert popping up. I did not have a chance to choose sizes. I am medium and choose medium for the one I purchased. How xs came about I have no clue. I can’t even gift it.
I then immediately on seeing this mix up, Sent you a message, not asking for money back but asking for large. As I thought ‘I can gift my sister ‘.
Unfortunately I received my medium with the xs. Since then it has been back and forth. Until I was told I will get a voucher. It didn’t make sense as I thought what will I do with a voucher. Then I sent a message to say instead of a voucher just send a large, I will send xs back. I was under the impression that it will be same prices since it’s just a situation of sizes. My horror thus began with you!!!
With the voucher.. I can’t even get the large. You want more money from me. Remember you made me spend so much in sending xs back. You have not let me enjoy my medium as I have a bad taste and regret of actually buying from a company I do not know on ig in the first place. I am so unhappy that you have made me go through this nightmare. You can see that genuine mistakes have happened here. You then tell me to have a nice day. After deducting nearly 150$ from my account leaving me with just one medium waist trainer. We both know that’s all I have had since November, A medium waist trainer!!!! Am I carrying this grievance into 2022? . The best you can do is send my money back if you cannot give me a large waist trainer. This is what is fair. I will like to escalate this grievance to management if you do not see the pain in this complaint.

The company are doing nothing about this issue. They sit in my money and refuse to send the waist trainer. They use words like ‘ have a nice day!’ Who treats customer this way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I got a rash from wearing it over a shirt for 2 hours and here we are almost 2 weeks later of communicating with them THEY DO NOT CARE they already got the money. So much better waist trainers with better customer service reps, people who actually care about what happened when you wear their products. Avoid at all costs! They will try to convince you with little waist trainer videos showing you how effective and nice it is when it’s just BAIT. I have been going back and forth with them and it’s been a circle, the waist trainer I received from them is TRASHED because of whatever was on it that irritated me! Will be posting this everywhere for everyone to see on social media!

SO BADDD DONT ORDER FRLM THEM !!!!!! They took 137$ from me. First of all I ordered ONE waist trainer they then charged me for two making it 137$ thennnnn they never shipped I literally never got them so I contacted them and the lady said it really wasn’t her problem and said it was my fault. ?????!!!!! This left me in tears because I don’t have a lot of money and i was truly excited about trying a waist trainer

I have been totally scammed by this company. I lost out on $200. So angry. I thought I ordered a two waist trainers 3xl I ended up getting two 3xs. I didn't even bother taking them out of the package. I sent emails and did read to the no refund policy. But!!!! I got approved for store credit for both waist trainers. Now I've been ghosted! There isn't a place on their website on how to find or use your store credit. I'm very upset 😡 and was very excited in the beginning but now I'm so frustrated. They aren't cheap!

I would give no stars if I could. Accidentally bought the wrong size. When I tried it on purposely had on a tshirt so no deodorant marks or lotion could get on it. Figured out I still was too large for the large. The tag was still on it the way they asked and they still rejected my credit. The picture they sent me about how it was ruin made no sense and I think they found a ruined one and used that picture for their reasoning to not credit me. The picture was a brown stained trainer on the inside which I couldnt even enlarge well. Yeah scam.

DO NOT buy from them! They are NOT giving the 10% discount as promised, the waist trainers are strategically made too small, forcing a customer to either spend another $20 on an extender or returning it to them at another hefty expense with the hope of getting store credit (you won't get that either!). Luxxe is scamming people and this is so disturbing:(

I returned a small Luxx corset unworn and in perfect condition with the tag attached which cost me 16.00 through the post with tracking. I received a curt response that the return was rejected because it was not in original packaging. No information on how or if it would be sent back was included. I've tried over a dozen times to register and then communicate my issue and each time the system rejects it. I cannot find a customer service phone number. I believe the business model is to make it nearly impossible to return an item, even for credit and then make communication impossible. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I bought a well rated one on amazon for half the price and it included an extender. I guess my option now is to contact Bank of America and see if I can get some remediation. Warning you to stay away from this company with such a poor business model!

Return policy is a joke. You will never get a full refund even if the item is unopened and unused. Instead, they will give you a store credit. They will keep your money regardless. Read their return policy before you order anything from this company.

My waist trainer steel wires came out after one month and I have horrible bruises and wound in my lower stomach.

I bought a size 4XL short, plus an extender, because that's what THEIR sizing guide said I was. Well I wasn't a short, I obviously needed something in a medium or long as it just squished my stomach down under the trainer. The return process has multiple hoops - and then they just give you a gift card. They refused to do an exchange for the correct size, or a refund. And to top it off... in the time it took me to get through their looooong return process, they discontinued 4XL. So they didn't even carry my size any more and continued to refuse to refund me, telling me to just buy additional extenders (for additional cost). I also bought my first one with a coupon code - so my gift card to buy my replacement wouldn't cover even an exact replacement, because I couldn't use the first time shopper coupon code again. So no matter what - I was being forced to pay more than I agreed upon for a trainer not in my size - or forfeit the $70 I'd already paid them.

I ordered two sizes it cost £19.25 and I’m glad I did as I ordered medium and XL, couldn’t even get my leg through the medium it was soo tiny! Tried it on It did nothing for my body, I’m slim but have plenty of curves and it didn’t accentuate it at all. Very misleading in the title and so are the photographs of it especially on Instagram where I think I ordered it from. Thought it would compress and lift but it didn’t.

Made in China !!! Cheap quality !!!! The sizing is wrong.
No refunds and you pay shipping for their mistakes.

I heard many good reviews on YouTube about this product. Despite it coming from America I still ordered it. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time so I bought the size down and got extenders to add onto my waist trainer.

It arrived packaged nicely and the trainer looked good quality. I’ve been wearing it for a while now and I really like the way that it makes my body look. It gives me a lot of confidence.

They take some getting used to at first but after a few days you get the hang of it and are able to tighten it properly.

My only complaint is that one of the steel bones has popped out of the stitching, but I have had the trainer for a few months now

I ordered traditional small torso wt but I received different item compared to pictures, it had only 2 steel bones in front and they are not agreeing on paying for return shipment. They are scammers, you might just get inferior product compared to what they advertise.

Put my order in on Sunday 6 2020, they confirmed my order the same day, I contacted them 3 days later asking for tracking and what my status is. They have not contacted me at all and if I don’t hear anything soon I’ll be disputing.

do not buy from here. they are incompetent and scammers. i ordered a medium black traditional waist trainer to receive xs waist trainer. it’s taking them 2 months to get me the correct size. looks like it’s time to dispute and get my money back asap!

I got a size XS and it was too small. I made the right choice in purchasing the extenders and now I’ve sized down to the last row on my XS! I did get some bruising on my hip since it was a little tight there, but it went away after a while so I have no complaint. I just ordered XXS on Monday, and it’s estimated delivery is Thursday which is tmr. That’s crazy quick so I’m really happy about that.

Terrible. I read their return policy and they’re not going to help you. They suggested I get a medium torso in size medium And it’s too tight, even though they made the suggestion they’re not willing to replace the item even if I have tried it on. It cut my back I two places on my sides, I told them and they did nothing to fix it. Just said if it has wrinkles it’ll be put in as damage item. Also it was marked as $39.99 on sale but they charged me the full price of 59.99 which came out to $63, even at that they didn’t want to help fix the situation.
Basically once you buy it you can’t return it or get your money back. Huge scam! Will never use this company again!
