Wish I’d read Trustpilot first!! Instead of just reading reviews on their website. I did actually get my order through, but 2 different sizes because I’d just return the other. Easy right? No, you have to email them to arrange a return and I have emailed twice, and no response. Don’t bother! Not even sure I actually like the one I intended to keep tbh, I think it was a case of, it’s better than nothing. But there are better out there.

This company is a scam. I personally received a defective item and requested a refund but they never responded to my emails. They completely ignored me and I wasn't even able to return the faulty item. I lost my money!!!!
Moreover, I have read about many other people who never received their orders at all.
Don't buy from this company, don't waste your money, they can't be trusted.

Would give 0 stars - ordered a bodysuit which was completely different to the picture online, shockingly thin quality and huge gaping hole in the gusset rather than the convenient opening advertised.
I returned them at the end of March, received confirmation this was received on 3rd April and I’M STILL WAITING ON A REFUND. The customer service is shocking, no response to emails, online chat is apparently only checked after hours and they don’t answer calls. So I’m still out of pocket with no item either. Would never use again or recommend to anyone

Created a trust pilot account just to report how bad this company is. Returned item unworn with proof of purchase and was completely ghosted by them. Wish I read the reviews before ordering from here.
And just to add items were of very poor quality

The company is a scam pure and simple. I ordered in February yet to receive my order as I write this review two months later. I’ve emailed them and call them multiple times - no response whatsoever. Avoid, Avoid, avoid and learn from others misfortunes and carelessness of not doing adequate research before ordering from these scammers.
They do not worth one star.

I wish 0 review was an option.

They sent 3 items when I paid for 4
I paid next day delivery they sent two weeks late, so I didint need any of them any more.
I emailed 6 times, rang, fb messages, text the mobile number, no reply on any platform. I asked for a refund for all 4 items.
I spoke to citizens advice & trading standard. They said to send the email I had previously sent, as a letter recorded delivery, I did this and they sent it back after they had opened it.
Do not buy anything from them unless you 100% know you will keep as it as they wk t refunds.
The items aren’t actually that bad but all they want is your money and have 0 customer service
My order came to £159 for 4 items and I only received 3 & they wouldn’t return them when they sent them late - stay away

I’ve got a positive experience shopping from this store contrary to what have been by other shoppers. Upon reading past reviews after I had placed my order; I was scared I wasn’t going to receive my order. My order was delivered within 5 working days and it fits perfectly when I tried them on😊😊

A total scam, AVOID!

My order arrived and the quality was terrible so i emailed to refund. I've sent 3 emails and no response. There is no return address. Im £94 down. AVOID!!

I had a wonderful experience with Luxxshapers.
When I placed an order through their website, I was initially worried because I didn’t receive a tracking number and couldn’t track my order. I tried calling the contact number provided and sending an email but didn’t get a response, until a day later.

This made me nervous, so I decided to check online reviews. Based on what I read, I started to believe I had been duped or that I would receive something completely different from what I ordered.

However, to my surprise, I received my exact order within 4 working days, and everything fits perfectly!
Ordered online on 14th March and received my package on the 19th March.

I would definitely order from Luxxshapers again.

Avoid buying from this company if your item doesn't fit and you want a refund, they have had my money, wanted proof of return (which I sent) I have emailed everyday for the past 2 weeks and nothing - £35 pounds down the drain. Tried calling,no response as goes through to giffgaff answering machine. Absolutely disgusting customer services.

DO NOT BUY FROM!! What a scam. Will not let you return anything whatsoever even if you want to re-purchase the right sizes. Misleading liars who do not support woman. They should be ashamed.

Refused my return and soon just ignored my emails.

I bought two items which didn't fit so I asked to return them. Actually, I asked three times to return them before finally getting a response **9 days** after the first request. This response was to ask for my reason for returning. The rest went as follows, via email:

Luxx:
Since it is a sizing issue we can give you a free exchange for a different size that fits.

Me:
No thank you, you took so long to respond that I had to buy something else for the party I bought this product for. Therefore, I am no longer in need of additional control-wear, and I would like to return these items for a refund.

Luxx:
*Silence*

Me:
Why have you stopped speaking to me?

Luxx:
We can only return one product as stipulated on our return policy.

Me:
*Already knows that's nonsense but double checks*
There is nothing in your return policy, written on your website, which states that. I have screenshot the policy so don't bother trying to change it. Please process my return now. I will be leaving a one star review of this continues.

Luxx:

This brings us to the present day.

Absolute scammers. Do NOT buy from this company.

The owners insta name is @eutonne and @etfoodvoyage go and message her a response. I found this through public data on the government companies website!! The other owner is called Zohaib Sheikh and Eutonne Tam is friends with him so the facts add up to the truth. They need to pay up and let us return our items.

I ordered before Christmas, the item came within a week so that’s ok but it wouldn’t even get round my leg and I ordered a size large and being a size 14 I thought that would be ok. Anyway I requested to return as that’s the only way which is shocking, I got a reply months later with the address. I posted it back AND paid for postage. They have the cheek to just email to today to say they can’t refund as it’s been worn and damaged!! The bloody thing was tiny it wasn’t even possible for me to wear it. This company needs shutting down, I will be raising it with my bank and getting my money back! AVOID

Avoid this company! They are absolutely dreadful.

I never write reviews but this one takes the cake. Paid extra for express delivery so I could have my item for my wedding day and it has still not arrived. You cannot get a refund from them as they will not respond to you. If you try to call the number it goes straight to a GiffGaff voicemail. Emails have all gone unanswered. I have tried to get a refund through my bank so hopefully that works out.

The items I received weren’t fit for the purpose I required them for. I tried to contact them for a return and refund but was completely blanked.

After a few weeks of zero response I managed to obtain a refund via my bank.
I’d urge everyone to do this!

Useless company.

Have taken my money and not sent the items and no communication. SCAMMERS. Do not buy. Wish I had read the reviews first!!
