I wanted to like them but..

They def add fake reviews hurriedly.I initially liked the website, even actually received two gifts and then one of the items went out of stock and credit was issued to me almost immediately, hands down, great job.I was trying to communicate about how much fees I would pay, never received any clear answer but some links to their "rules" that they reluctantly email you communicating in a very cold tone which at first I was "ok, small business, folks are busy, we are annoying".Especially when it comes to picking up gifts, people have no patience, understandable.My last gift however was never processed, sold out.I asked twice to issue me credits at least,Sam had time to fire back not-so-friendly emails immediately but no, not to issue credit.He wanted me to wait extra three days to get credit, I totally got the message, asked to refund my gifter and close my account.He would mock me on purpose avoiding processing gifts in the future, I knew that.Hating random people on internet over a gifted dress is crazy.Especially when you are a student on a budget.Needless to say he deleted my account probably before I hit the "send" button on email (yeah so busy).
Now, for their "verification" process I was pressured to explain the origin of my foreign email and nickname( I am an immigrant), when I suggested to verify myself with state ID/tax id, other legal documents, they declined!I should have left right there tbh.I felt discriminated and the fact that my emails were answered immediately but credits not being processed....I felt like it was on purpose.I also was not comfortable posting this review until I changed my address because they had the old one.Luckily I registered on another website that verified me with my US documents without any issues!

I've had mixed experience with LuxyList.

I’ve had mixed experiences with LuxyList. It’s easy to use and I do get gifts fast but, I was disappointed that a recent gift I got was out of stock. Instead of letting me choose something else, I was given LuxyCredits. However, when I tried to use them, I was charged an unexpected 15% fee. Overall, I’m satisfied with the gifts I’ve received through LuxyList, but it would be great if there were more options for out-of-stock items and if the LuxyCredits system were more transparent.

Luxurious Presents Without the Stress

My admirers adore sending presents, and LuxyList has made it thrilling and secure for them to do so. I am an instagram influencer. I receive exquisitely chosen premium goods withouy having to worry about the security of my personal data. The entire procedure is amooth, and the concierge crew is amazing. These days, I couldn't fathom sending fanmail with anything else!

The Safest Method for Accepting Gifts.

I've always been apprehensive about revealing personal data with followers, but LuxyList eliminated that problem totally. Now that the service is so safe, I can enjoy receiving expensive presents without worrying. They make the entire procedure quite simple, and their degree of secrecy is unparalleled. Might as well try amazon

My girlfriend and I ordered something for our favorite performer. There were issues with the wrong address being given to the place. The order had to be placed 3 times and we were patient but the entire time there was barely any communication unless we reached out to them. We get things happen but then she finally gets the gift and she can’t even wear it for us because they got the wrong size. At this point we were annoyed and reached out only to be told it was her fault and just a generally rude and dismissive response.

In all honesty we were going to give a 2 or 3 out of 5 then we noticed all of the reviews recently look fake. Are you guys really spamming 5 stars? Just makes me think something sketch is going on

After reviewing the details of your order, we can confirm that we communicated with the gift recipient regarding the issues with the address, as we do not discuss such matters with the gift giver due to privacy protocols.

We reached out to you the moment we realized there was a problem with the merchant. In a previous email, you mentioned that the delay in your response was due to our emails going to your junk mail. Despite this, the gift was successfully delivered after the third attempt. Notably, the gift was ordered and received by the lister in under 6 days, which is well within our delivery promise.

We also want to clarify that we have no control over whether a merchant can deliver to a given address, as we don’t set their shipping policies. Listers add whatever gifts they want to their wishlists, but it is their responsibility to ensure they can actually receive those items at their location.

We understand your frustration regarding the sizing, but we want to clarify that the performer did receive the gift and, after a kind conversation with them, acknowledged that they accidentally selected the wrong size due to a mix-up with AU vs. US sizing.

A hidden treasure in the wishlist industry is LuxyList.

Although I've used a few wishlist systems in the past, LuxyList is the greatest one by far. I was blown away when Shantel personally came out to assist when I was having problems setting up my wishlist. The level of personalization and dedication to client happiness is unparalleled. My first gift from the platform arrived recently, and everything went without a hitch. Unlike with other services, you don't have to worry about errors or missed delivery anymore. Finally found a wishlist service I can trust.

I was skeptical at first, especially after having bad luck with other wishlist services in the past. But LuxyList completely exceeded my expectations! I just received my first gift from a fan, and the whole process was smooth and easy. No glitches, no issues-just a reliable service that actually works. LuxyList has been a total game changer.

I could tell right away that this platform was unique from our initial exchange. To my surprise, the founder, Shantel, got in touch with me directly to make sure everything was taken care of while I was experiencing some issues with my wishlist. Just received my first from a subscriber, and I'm thrilled!

I was a bit hesitant to try LuxyList after having bad experience with Amazon wishlist in the past, but I decided to give it a short-and I'm so glad I did! One of my Twitch subscribers sent me a gift, and everything went off without a hitch. The platform is incredibly reliable, and I can finally trust a service like this. If you've been burned by other wishlist services, LuxiList is definitely the one to try. Telling all my friends about it for sure!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the LuxiList Gift Support Squad.

I recently had an issue one of the vendors unable to complete an order. I reached out to LuxyList, and their support team was fantastic! Over the weekend, I corresponded with Sam, and they handled my issue seamlessly-no need to repeat my concerns multiple times. Not only was the issue resolved quickly and efficiently, but the recipient was thrilled with the result. Huge thanks to the entire team for making everything go so smoothly!

Scam of a website and sent wrong sizes etc

Have tried to get me to pay more for gifts many times when I have paid the correct amount. Sent me wrong size for shoes, didn’t send my whole orders, sent my orders to wrong address/name, and much much more, overall very disappointed as a receiver of gifts.

I’ve recently caught them out after they demanded me to transfer more money even though the correct amount was paid, they just stopped replying.

Out of the 27 gifts I’ve gotten only 6 have been successfully received.

They currently are holding an order and not refunding me for shoes they sent the wrong size in. Their customer service takes their sweet time to respond and when you’ve proven them wrong or ask to speak to someone else or speak on the phone they stop replying.

They demand more money to be sent otherwise I’ll get credits which I’ll then have to pay more fees on top of those, plus the risk of them trying to get me to pay even more.

A lot of my friends don’t have good things to say about this site and luxy list actually owes them money.

Their fees are awfully expensive and stupid too. They charge a “shipping fee” but also make you add vendors shipping too. Im going to use wishtender from here on forward and will never ever use this site again.

On Additional Payments: Our policy transparently communicates cost discrepancies. If the purchase price, including taxes and shipping, exceeds the gifter's payment, we ask the lister to cover the difference, maintaining the gifting integrity.

Regarding your specific case, when you added the gift to your list, you chose to deduct the standard shipping rate we charge at checkout on our site from the value of the gift item, but never accounted for the high shipping rate the merchant you selected would charge. We reached out for the additional funds, provided you with snapshots of the merchant fees at checkout, and the cost you paid. You continued to insist we place the order. As we did not have the needed funds - the order was canceled

Addressing Your Claims:

- Wrong Address: Every successful purchase used the address you provided. We can't control courier issues, which is covered in our terms.

- Incomplete/Unfulfilled Orders:

You have received 19 gift requests. 17 of those gifts were purchased by fans and 2 were purchased by you using LuxyCredits.

The 19 gift requests included a total of 23 gift groups meaning some orders included more than one gift item.

Of the 23 gift items:
- 3 were paid out in LuxyCredit
- 8 were paid out via LuxyPay
- 12 were successfully delivered

We communicated to you early on that as a US based business we may experience challenges with fulfillment to your remote location and encouraged you to confirm the merchants you choose accepted US billing, shipped to your location, and that their shipping rate did not exceed the flat rate we charge, and you continued to utilize our service.

Out of the 11 items we weren’t able to complete:
2 had blockers where we reached out to get clarity and received no response
2 did not have accurate pricing info due to high shipping rates and as a result the purchase could not be completed
2 vendors did not accept US billing details
3 vendors did not deliver to your location
1 was not available/out-of-stock
1 was prohibited per our terms

- Customer Service: We pride ourselves on professional, courteous service. All communications, including refusals and operational procedure reinforcements, were handled with respect.

- Response Times: As a small team operating in EST, we manage queries in the order received and acknowledge the time difference could be challenging for those who are located in an opposite time zone. As we grow, we will increase our availability and are happy with our current response times given the size and availability of our team.

- Refunds and Wrong Items: For incorrect items due to our error, we offer exchanges or refunds post-return confirmation. With the shoe size issue, we immediately assisted with the return and expedited your refund.

- LuxyCredits and LuxyPay: LuxyCredits offer flexibility for unforeseen circumstances. LuxyPay, a feature in testing, was paused for you due to repeated requests in place of chosen gifts.

- Our fees: Our fees are structured to cover the operational costs of providing a personalized gifting service. We feel our current fees reflect the quality of service we offer and the personal human touch we provide.

Lastly, recognizing a mismatch in service expectations, we respect your decision to explore other services more aligned with your needs.

A total Scam with garbage customer service

Save your money. I've yet to have a good experience with LuxyList. My first order with them arrived and there was zero communication to pick it up as the item was held at a shipping service's location due to them writing my address incorrectly. I get the item and they also ordered me the wrong size. They take a long time so of course it was sold out in other sizes.

Communicating with their customer service is awful. For a brand that has "lux" in its title you can tell that some charlatan who has some delusions is running this operation. The customer service is NOT lux at all nor on par with any other luxury service I've experienced. They hire people with a tenuous grasp of English who don't answer any of your questions and take their sweet time.

Another terrible experience with the service was when someone ordered me an item and I waited about two weeks to watch the order go from confirmed to awaiting shipping back to..not even confirmed. I had to email them and ask what was up and they said they couldn't complete the order but I could use the credit.

They charge insane fees for purchases, anyone who has used the services knows that, but in their FAQ it states that when using Luxy credit to purchase a replacement gift due to cancelation from the merchant there will be no additional service fee charged. When I went to spend my credit from the failed purchase mentioned early I found out this wasn't true at all and I was definitely subjected to a fee.

I am now waiting for my replacement item and there has been zero progress on this order. I doubt I'll ever get anything from it.

as a retailer dealing with luxylist, support was terrible because they never answered our queries but still expected us to send out the products. Their activity/purchases are flagged as high risk by our merchant software yet they do not provide any assurance that it's not.
